We have always found Furniture Village staff to be very efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. On the odd occasion where things have't gone quite to plan they have jumped into action and sorted everything out very quickly. Others could learn from them!

There were many options and Hakan was well knowledged in all the different sofas and materials.

We had a broken foot on a chair, I thought that I would have to find a replacement on the internet. Local FV took details sent it to customer care and they sourced the part. They phoned when they had the part to say they were sending it. They also sent a few more just in case.

We were looking for a sofa with specific measurements and the staff were wonderfully helpful. We are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this company

Shocking company We purchased expensive marble dining table and chairs and after six years the marble has exploded. FV are not willing to deal with the matter, they are truly dispicable company

We were able to look around the store in peace. When we found the furniture of interest we were given good knowledge of the furniture. I was able to mix and match recliner chairs with a sofa and have them all made in the same material. Derek who served us moved a chair from one end of the shop to the sofa of my choice so I could see how they would looked together. The ordering process was made clear. A very good buying experience was had.
