Friendly, efficient, helpful and generally good service

Contacted furniture Village by chat bot, Abi came on line I explained to her the issue we are having with our both settee's, i sent photos & after a very pleasant & informative chat Abi agreed this was a manufacturing issue & she contacted a supplier who agreed to send new replacements.

The service has been good. The delivery timeslot was communicated clearly and the team constructed the armchair efficiently.

Good quality dining chairs at a good price with quick delivery. Ordered online as when we were looking at the dining chairs in store no one seemed bothered to serve us. Delivery service excellent keeping us updated on a delivery slot and when they were 15 minutes away from our address.

Neil and Lee arrived promptly, were polite and helpful. They moved existing furniture to allow room for our two new armchairs which they installed quickly and gave us a tutorial on how they worked. Very happy with the service and the armchairs.

I have just had the pleasure of meeting Mark and Neil, two absolute customer centric professionals . The whole delivery was handled with care and attention. They even used carpet protectors and shoe covers on entry to our home. They were friendly and are an absolute credit to your company. It’s attention to detail and service like this, that will make me come back to furniture village for anything else that is needed for our home.

Mark and Neil were brilliant. They used shoe protectors to protect our flooring when bringing the table in, they put everything together in no time at all. They were friendly and chatty. Such a great experience to have nice people deliver furniture. I can’t rate them enough.

The sales rep Marcelo was very helpful and informative. There was quite a long wait after ordering before delivery and the order was delayed for a week. Delivery by Mark and Neil was quick and straightforward.
