Paul the sales man was great. Informative but no pressure. Delivery guys Alex and Scott were brilliant. Very friendly and took care when delivering

Left alone to walk around and look at different options. Once we decided on what we liked it just look a couple of questions to change design of the chairs and place the order. No pressure or rush, actually added something to the order by phone two days later. A great shopping experience. Now just looking forward to the delivery!

Absolutely delighted with our new dining room table and chairs. Very professional from start to finish. The salesman was very helpful which I know you expect when purchasing item but we had no pressure and everything was very easy and clear what we were signing up for. We took delivery yesterday by two guys Cliff and Gaz who took so much care laying rugs on the floor while assembling the legs to the table. All the packaging was taken away. Really great service

Tom at the Gillingham branch was excellent. We went to the branch weeks beforehand to select a dining table and chairs and to my amazement Tom remembered us and helped to complete the order.

With the excellent professional assistance from consultant Kami, he understood our needs and provided best advise.
Kami was very knowledgable of the product without having to look them up, such as exact dimensions and all details, and making a successful sale

I had no intention of buying a new sofa, but Darhys Nugent I. The Gillingham branch was brilliant - very knowledgable, polite & not a bit pushy. As a result, I bought a beautiful sofa and can’t wait to enjoy it

Great selection of sofas were on display. A warm and welcoming store. Able to walk around and have relaxed look. Darhys our sales man acknowledged us with a friendly welcome and offered us a drink whilst we looked round. He explained the different options and colours and fabrics available. He also said that there maybe options for corner sofas etc …. We had our eye on two different sofas but with darhys’s help with decided on our first choice. Darhys is a real credit to you company very pleasant man and very helpful would highly recommend. Five star ⭐

No problems, professional and friendly service.

Went in to buy a particular sofa, the salesman showed us others similar and turned out those ones were more comfortable. Salesman left us alone to talk and make up our minds, we decided to go for one. The actual purchase was quick and efficient, offered a coffee. Staff were very polite, friendly and not too pushy. The only sour point was the cost of delivery, seeing as we paid a lot for the sofa it would have been nice to get free delivery but it was over £100. But what can you do.

The people who delivered the sofa where great. On time, called in advanced and no issues whatsoever ever. All friendly and nice people. I had Musa & Ingram and Cliff & Gaz.

I had an issue with the furniture village system. I was supposed to receive both of my sofas on the same day but the first one turned up and I was told on the day that they only had one rather then the expected 2. I then had to chase the second one when I feel like as thw custpmer who had been let down, i should have been contacted with an update

Went to Furniture Village in Gillingham to buy a new corner sofa and single chair. Kami was polite and very helpful, he answered all our questions and explained everything about the sofa we wanted to buy. No heavy sales , but just letting us decide on colour and features. The whole process was incredibly pleasant and Kami arranged everything for us. Very happy customers, thanks Kami 🌟

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The company seems able to tailor their services such as delivery and recycling to the customer's requirements. Buying a new bed was a pleasant experience.

Darhys Nugent at your Gillingham store provided excellent customer service.
He was extremely helpful and patient whilst we narrowed down our choices to a preferred option. He the explained without ever being pushy our range of choices. We were impressed with his product knowledge and answering all of our many questions. This will be our 2nd settee from Furniture Village and would happily recommend to both friends and family.

In all fairness it was a bank holiday, however we were still rushed quite a bit; it felt like we were talking to a customer assistant bot rather than a human. We also wasn’t offered a drink at any point, while others were… Short and sweet.

Darhys Nugent at the Gillingham showroom was very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions and more without being pushy.
