The whole experience was a pleasure and seamless from start to finish from the lovely sales guy in the shop who was patient and so helpful without being pushy ( thank you for the coffee & warm cookie 😋 ) to the delivery guys who were very respectful taking their shoes off outside of the house as it has been raining. They arrived on time and put everything together in no time at all .
Very impressed with Furniture village though out the whole shopping experience would totally recommend them .

We had such a good service at Stevenage branch. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything. Crina Stilovc went above and beyond. She was so lovely and friendly and explained everything. She was very patient in our choosing. Highly recommend this branch.

Phillip was the very best. Fantastic caring and understanding service. He truly cares and gave the best possible advice. Was wonderfully to have his knowledge and experience during the sale. Not only was his site knowledge great he was also a gentleman and lovely person. I would highly recommend a visit when looking for a new sofa.

Friendly delivery men, all rubbish taken away and everything assembled and in situ before leaving

2 weeks delivery date , out of nowhere just 3 days before agreed delivery date, became 8 weeks. They menace you with high cancellation fee.
A company to avoid.
