Great customer service in the shop, Lewis was lovely and polite and made our buying experience enjoyable.
The delivery guys Konrad and Dane did a brilliant job in setting our table and chairs up, very polite and explained everything in detail. Overall I would definitely recommend shopping with furniture village, the quality of the furniture is outstanding.

From the moment we walked through the door at Furniture Village, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Victor greeted us warmly and even offered us a free tea or coffee, which was a lovely touch and immediately put us at ease.

He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It was a completely relaxed experience, and we felt comfortable browsing and making decisions at our own pace.

This was in stark contrast to another furniture store we had just visited beforehand, where the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The difference in customer service was really noticeable.

Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to Victor – excellent customer service and a credit to the store. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Furniture Village to others.

We were welcomed to the store by a young man who introduced himself and asked if we needed assistance. We told him what we needed and he directed us to the area. He came to explain all the labelling etc in a friendly yet professional manner he definitely knew the products then left us to browse. There was no pressure like in some stores and when he had decided he delt with the paperwork etc swiftly. I was dreading all the traipsing around but thankfully we went into Furniture Village second. Will definitely make it our first stop next time we need something.

Returned to Furniture Village York today to look at a particular bed which we had already observed on a previous visit.
We were more than happy to be advised by Lewis again who was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful with an impressive knowledge relating to our purchase. At no point did we feel rushed into making a decision and in the end we bought two beds and headboards, two mattress protectors and a floor lamp!

Man on phone was polite and very helpful. Took time to look into my ‘claim’ and arrange someone to look at the damage I have reported on a sofa.

I spoke with Lola today. She helped me with my query very quickly and resolved it within a few minutes, all whilst explaining to me what the next steps in the process were.
I found her to be very friendly and courteous and wish that all customer service agents were as lovely and efficient as her.

We bought two Lewis sideboards from the York store a few weeks ago and had exceptional service, which I have already reviewed on. Today I rang the York store and asked for Austin again to order the coffee table to match. I cannot fault the service and quality of the products - I see no point now in looking elsewhere when we upgrade another room.
