Pleased to pick up my second Kia xceed.. Had great service from Louise And Matt..both very helpful.. would have been five stars but for the hassle in obtaining insurance..my company And other underwriter's unable to find model.. even on the Kia insurance site!..
05/09/2025 was my second time having my car serviced by Furrows Telford, and both times I drove away to immediate warning lights - this year for the exact same problem they were supposed to have fixed during the service.
Upon returning 08/09/2025 to get this resolved, I was refused any refund on the faulty labour, and was told the issue had been a mistake of mechanic/s not paying attention, and it could be resolved in 30 minutes. It took them 90, with no update given to me until 25mins before it was finished, when I was told "15mins tops."
The previous year, mechanics misdiagnosed the warning light I can only assume they caused (as all was fine when I drove in for the service), and quoted the solution at over £1000. Fortunately I consulted a different garage, who correctly identified the problem and resolved things for almost a tenth of the price.
I will never choose to use this garage ever again, unbelievably poor performance.
I recently purchased a used Ford Ranger from Furrows (Shrewsbury) and can honestly say it has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I dealt with Matt Higgs, and from start to finish he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
Matt was extremely informative, courteous, and quick to respond to all of my requests. He explained every stage of the buying process clearly, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly.
If you’re looking for a used vehicle—particularly a van—I would highly recommend speaking with Matt. I understand he works between the Telford and Shrewsbury branches, and based on my experience, you’ll be in very good hands.
The sales man Wayne was very helpful. He did everything for us and made it all so easy .

Good quality cars and great range of choice. The staff, especially David was very helpful and kind.
Matt was very welcoming and not pushy, of which is one thing that would put us off buying.
Communication was first class.
Would highley recommend.

Vehicle went in for routine service and hasn’t returned. Furrows road tested and blew the engine up. Left me without a vehicle day before due to go on holiday. Service manager wasn’t interested in trying to help at all. Appalling service terrible company will never deal with them again
If there was a zero score that’s what I’d give. My car was booked in for routine service, service report received - no issues. Took on test drive warning light came on and car smelt of burning. I NOW NEED A NEW ENGINE AND LEFT WITHOUT A CAR. Thought the staff would be experienced technicians not cowboys.

Michael from the used car section was excellent and facilitated us in buying a car we love. We explored many options and instead of getting annoyed, he just wanted to help and make sure we got what we wanted. Was not that impressed with the new sales section but won't be going to that part so not relevant to us.
Staff friendly and professional. All eager to please. After sales though could be improved .
