Issy at Future Engineering Recruitment is a league apart from any recruitment company I have dealt with in my entire professional career, as an Engineer. It is common that recruiters give you little time, and do not try to find you a specific role. Instead, a more generalised role - where in the world of engineering can be extremely far apart. Issy took the time to speak with me, and understand exactly what I was after - before putting me forward for said role. During a long period (no fault of his own), Issy kept me informed daily. He became more of a friend than a recruiter, which is amazing! With his help, I have now found my perfect role - in a great company that has the same mindset as myself. I cannot recommend dealing with Issy enough, and although I hope to not to have to need another recruitment aid, I would not hesitate to contact Future and ask for Issy! 2nd to none! I first worked with Georgia, who was excellent; although I was unlucky with the first role we pursued, the support never wavered. I then worked with Eran, who was truly exceptional—extremely efficient, genuinely caring, and incredibly professional. He was "pushy" in the best way, determined to ensure I got the best start possible.
