Sad that zero stars is not an option. They don’t deserve one. Maked an order. They took the money. No confirm mail. Mail Them packet has not arrived. They Said it was on returner because I did not Pick et up . Had not Got Amy information about a Pick up. Ask for refound. They wrote. Money will be returned when the returned order are back at there place. I doubt.

Iv been waiting on a refund since October!!! Nobody’s answers e mails or calls..iv ended up paying double for the item I wanted!! Will no be using again unless resolved

So the old saying "if it's to good to be true it probably is" , this company sells goods at over half the rrp that it doesn't have and why you ask? Simple, the more you go to their Web site to check your order status (my order status was processing for over 10 days) you create more hits for them on the search engine which in turn moves them up the to the same level as reputable high Street online stores, Joe blogs is looking for an item and types said item into a search engine and hey presto Fyfo appear, for every 10 items they sell they may actually have 1 they can dispatch, leaving the other 9 customers creating more hits trying to find out what's going on with their order, you can't get hold of there customer services as they are non existent, but apparently pride themselves with excellent customer services, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I bought a pair of shoes to be told a couple of days later that they weren't in stock. When I emailed in response I was told that there was a problem with the system. I should have been told in my first email not afterwards.

Great delivery time.

I placed an order and payment was taken but the goods were never dispatched. 8 days later and my order status on the FYFO website is still sat at 'Order Placed'. I have emailed FYFO twice, to Sales & to Admin, to ask for an order update but have received no reply. I will have to go via PayPal to make a claim for a refund. Won't be using FYFO again! Looks like a scam - they just take money and do nothing.

I ordered & paid online and was informed delivery would be 3-8 days.
After 15 days no delivery so rang to chase only to be told they had no stock & would arrange a refund!
Why take an order & my money if the shoes were not in stock?
If I hadn't chased up, would they have contacted me to tell me?
Totally let down as required for a holiday.

I had been serching for a pair of shoes by ruby shoo for weeks i wanted them for a wedding in September so was really excited when i found them on FYFO i ordered the shoes paid by paypal only to be emailed a few days later to say they were out of stock and they had refunded my money i then had to wait nealey a week to get my money back from paypal so not really a first good experience

Great shoes will buy again

It was my first time using this website and the sandals I ordered are exactly as expected and were much cheaper than elsewhere, especially given that the postage was free as well. They also arrived within 3 days so I'm very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Website should be updated more regularly. My purchase was paid for immediately but 4 days later I received an email to say the product was out of stock. Surely I should not have been able to order and pay for an item that is not in stock!!

Placed order & paid online, received no correspondence whatsoever to confirm my order. 3 days later I received an email advising 1 of the items I had ordered was out of stock, even though it stated 3 in stock when ordering. The email also stated that as 1 item was out of stock they would assume I wouldn't want the other item & cancelled my whole order.
I replied to the email questioning why it stated 3 in stock when ordering & 7 days later I am still waiting for a response.
Appalling customer services & wont use this site again.

Second time to have to put on Trust Pilot so wont try again.

FYFO have been extremely helpful.
Would have given 5 stars only the first time I was sent the wrong colour shoes.
They were quick to try and rectify things and also to reimburse everything.
I will use the company again most definitely.
