Multiple failed repairs. Departments don't communicate so the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing Damage cause by company and tried to blame me. The sales manager continually ignored my emails on repeated occasions. I also got no reply from their info@ email address dispute this being used for first 4 emails I sent to advise on issues. Forced to chase repeatedly until I asked for an escalation. They don't pick up their phones so email is the only form of comms. Did finally get a full refund and can now go somewhere else, thankfully!

Prompt delivery and a great part at a good price.

I had an old laptop to recycle and they offered me the best price on the market for it.

Collection was swiftly organised, passed their checks and the money was paid to me on the very same day.

You’re always a bit wary giving away a laptop to a company you’ve never heard of who offer you a better price than anyone else but I can confirm that they are great!

The service provided by FYL Direct is second to none. A service that will be very hard to beat. Always go the extra mile to help the customer and sort out any issues if there were any. Far more reliable than the Bank fo England.

Received an xps 13 3910 from fyl direct via eBay so far just like a new laptop cosmeticly and working as new arrived full ready to go very happy so far

I was a little dubious about buying refurbished but took the plunge with FYL and im so glad I did their prices were very good compared to new prices and I can't tell my laptop has been used before VERY HAPPY!!

they don't respond to emails. but respond to money offers. bad seller keep away same problems as others.

they are scammers with over priced laptops.

How can they give the wrong cover two times in a row. DONT TRUST THIS SELLER, i now have 2 xps 13 9300 back covers! Their packaging says xps 13 7390 but the service tag on the inside is an xps 13 9300. Clearly this seller doesn’t know what he is selling!

i made an enquiry they never got back to me. if that be the case you can gauges the customer services is bad. i just shopped some where else. they missed out on a 2 grand order.

I found these guys on eBay looking for a new laptop for myself, I have previously bought the same laptop from dell outlet which arrived with various issues (overheating etc) I also found Dells customer service extremely poor and unprofessional. Having found FYL I put in an offer which was countered (at a fantastic price) I received the order within two days of ordering, I wasn’t happy with the size of the PSU and contacted them and they were so kind and helpful and sent me a smaller PSU promptly and also have provided free postage to send back the other PSU. I’ve been so happy with how friendly and professionally they run their business I’ve went ahead and ordered the exact same laptop with my brother. I have complete faith nothing will go wrong with my laptop but if anything does (electronics afterall can get a fault anytime) I have no doubt they will be extremely helpful and from what I can tell offer much more professional and kind service when compared to dell. 10/10 highly recommended and thank you guys for such good service so far and making me feel like I’ve made the correct decision purchasing from you guys, will be recommending to friends and family and definitely will return as a customer in the future!

If you want customer service that reaches levels others can only dream about then use this company. They set the bar that others should be judged by, truly excellent communication and service. Other companies take note this is the way it should be! Highly recommended 👍

I bought a refurb laptop in April. It was exactly as billed and arrived promptly via DHL.

I had a component failure about a week ago - it can happen. I got in touch, packed it up and sent it off. It arrived back with a new component and all good again today.

I have found FYL Direct excellent to deal with during sale and after-sale. I'd be very happy to use them again.

Needing a hard to find part, I spotted FYL had some on their website. I called them to confirm the correct part was in stock and they confirmed it was. The friendly guy said he'd look out for my order and process it as soon as he saw it so I'd get the item ASAP. It arrived two days later and worked perfectly. Will certainly use again.
