Absolutely not!!!! They did not send me the top that I ordered, and it wasn’t even comparable. I contacted the “company” and they informed me the top I ordered was out of stock. So, instead of refunding the $49.97 that I had already paid, they decided to go ahead and just send me this other arbitrary top that I did not want so I told them I would send it back and they offered me $6 as a refund. I wrote them back and said oh no I want the full refund. We went back-and-forth. They eventually offered me nine dollars. I said this is not going to happen. This is not an honorable business and I told them actually to keep their piddly little $9 out of the nearly $50 that I had already paid them and I would just donate that shirt.. I will NEVER buy from one of these businesses again!

I placed an order in April. I received confirmation of the order and a tracking number. After about three weeks, I looked at the tracking and it showed that in June it was sitting supposedly in Lincoln in the United Kingdom.
I then started making contact with the company who gave me absolutely no cooperation other than saying they were quite sorry and that they would try and contact the couriers. I then started requesting refunds. These were never acknowledged and just try to fob me off with them making further enquiries.
As I see other others, I have come to the conclusion that they are nothing but scam fraudsters. Facebook should stop accepting any advertising from them.

Horrible company ! Not cotton as advertised synthetic fabric .Looks as if original garment was embroidered but photo taken of fabric and then printed . Incorrect unwanted item delivered and was only offered 1/2 of original price as “compensation “ Definitely a scam

Don't buy from these people! They sent me two items that were not what I ordered and would only offer me $10. I disputed it with my CC company but they couldn't do anything about it because the company won't comply. They are scam artists!

Wurde zwar geliefert und auch getestet, aber hatten nicht das nötige Material (Abdichtung) um den Abflauf in der Wand für die Waschmaschine.

being able to track my purchase while I was awaiting delivery made me more comfortable with the waiting process.

I never received my items. They sent me an invalid tracking number. When I told them that, they sent me a new tracking number. When I used the new number, the items that I paid for were delivered to the wrong address. They told me I had to take it up with my post office. My post office said It's a scam.

Found the add on Instagram for a sweatshirt. They overcharged $10 and I called my bank to reverse charge and they did. I ordered first week in February and the item arrived a few days ago and not even the sweatshirt I ordered. These items come from Italy and the shipping time is the worst I have ever seen. I asked for a refund and they offered me $10. I wonder if thats why they overcharge you to give back money that was always yours already. Terrible will never buy from
them again. BEWARE

Be careful when you buy something and they send you something completely different and don't respond when you complain.

Horrible experience and still fighting it! Do not do business with this company! I ordered 6 items. Over $210.00 in merchandise on 11/27/25. 01/20/26 I have only received 3 items and 2 of them are not what I ordered and not even the right size. I was offered a 10.00 refund and told to be patient and wait for the other 3 items. They ship from various locations and take a long time and may not be what I ordered. What kind of business sends you items you don’t order and sizes you don’t order!? Huge scam and they should be run out of business. They don’t deserve any sales!

RUN AWAY!! Do not order from this company! Ordered a sweater for $46. It was very cheaply made and didn't look anything like the photo. Attempted to return and was told I had to upload pictures of the item and all the packaging. Then told "the item aligns with my purchase" (what?) and only offered my $4 refund. I have sent two more emails and now they aren't responding to me. Total SCAM company.

Ordered a few items and was sent items I didn’t even order. They refuse to provide address to return and offered to refund me $10 for a $199 order. The clothes are very cheaply made and are complete junk. It’s big scam to bait and switch and no way to return.

I ordered two long linen dresses with a crossover v neck multicoloured . They sent me two completely unrelated short high neck tunic tops that I would never wear. I paid $98 for 2. They were polyester. I contacted them and they offered me a $9 refund! Next they offered me a $12 refund and said it will cost me a lot to send the unordered dresses back so I should take a $12 refund!
No explanation as to why my two linen dresses were not sent. No apology.

It took over a month to receive my order. I ordered 6 tops, but only received 5 tops, and they weren't even the tops I ordered. Only 3 were what I ordered. They only offered me $35 to compensate.

Shame I have to give 1 star, I would give 0 if I could. Where to start? This company is a complete scam and shouldn’t be allowed to carry on trading.
No item has been delivered after 11 days, there has been zero communication and when I emailed their customer support email address, all I received was an automated reply saying there was no record of an order from my email address and I’ve contacted the wrong company and the wrong person. Do not order anything from this site.
