Compre un juego en esta página hace años y aún estamos esperando yo y unos cuantos. Jamás devolvieron el dinero con una excusa tras otra.

Acheté en précommande en 2018, toujours rien "comme beaucoup"... Deux demandes de remboursement effectuées, aucune réponse "comme beaucoup"... En France on appel cela une ESCROQUERIE, site à EVITER de toute façon aujourd'hui le site n'a plus de lien....!!!...

Empresa dirigida por un cara dura. Únicamente has negocios con ellos si quieres perder tu dinero y no recibir explicación alguna.

Empresa sin palabra y con muchas excusas. Recomiendo no realizar ninguna compra si realmente no quieres perder tu dinero.

Son unos estafadores de manual, ya les he demandado por via judicial.

Acumulan docenas de demandas individuales y una denuncia conjunta de cientos de personas por no cumplir lo prometido hace mas de 7 años. Tuve la mala suerte de invertir mi dinero en ellos y salvo que la Justicia actúe, habrán dilapidado más de un millón y medio de euros en una estafa y mentiras continuadas durante años y años para intentar irse del asunto sin rendir cuentas con las más de 5.000 personas que confiaron en ellos.

No enviarán lo que ofrecen en su web, darán largas o ignorarán correos electrónicos, llamadas o incluso visitas sorpresa, habrán estafado cientos de miles de euros, harán supuesto un antes y un después para la confianza del publico general en las plataformas de crowdfunding, afectando de manera indirecta terriblemente a incontables proyectos que nunca verán la luz, serán el hazmerreir de la comunidad, una vergüenza para roleros, diseñadores, ilustradores, modeladores, testers, pero... ¿Y la de horas de diversión, panderetismo y palomitas que llevan generando durante MAS DE SIETE AÑOS?

We gave them 680000€ by early 2014 to produce a game for which they supposedly had all the "tools" and "experience" but lacked the money, and seven years later all we got was silence and a bunch of looping lies. Now we have forced them into Court (599 bakers) we will know the truth.

Livraison incomplète.
Après plusieurs relances, je fais jouer la garantie Paypal, qui le met en demeure.
Pas de réponse, donc je suis remboursé.
C'est UNIQUEMENT à ce moment-là qu'ils reprennent contact avec moi... et me promettent de m'envoyer les pièces manquantes si je leur repaie la commande par paypal en "paiement ami" (c'est-à-dire sans garantie ! Ce n'est pas louche déjà).
Je propose un arrangement : refus. Je laisse tomber.
Ils me harcèlement pour le paiement par Paypal. Je leur règle une partie de la commande, déduction faite des frais engagés pour remplacer les figurines non livrées : refus de leur part et ils me harcèlement pour paiement.
FUYEZ !!!!! Il y a beaucoup de miniaturistes de qualité aujourd'hui, pas besoin d'aller chez eux.

Order received one month after placing it!
Incomplete delivery.
After several reminders, I use the Paypal guarantee, which puts it in default.
No response, so I am reimbursed.
It is ONLY then that they get back in touch with me ... and promise to send me the missing parts if I repay the order to them by paypal in "friend payment" (that is to say without guarantee! It is not fishy already).
I propose an arrangement: refusal. I give up.
They harass me for payment through Paypal. I pay them part of the order, less the costs incurred to replace the undelivered figurines: refusal on their part and they harass me for payment.
RUN AWAY !!!!! There are a lot of quality miniaturists today, you don't have to go home.

I love the minis so I backed the Heroquest 25 game in 2015. I have had one e-mail telling me it's comming. That was 5 years ago. I haven't heard from them since.
AVOID THEM!

Great models! Just had to wait for a bit until they came.

J'ai eu le malheur de faire une commande de figurines sur leur site. Article reçu avec 2 semaines de retard, mais surtout avec des pièces manquantes. Relance de leur "SAV" à de nombreuses reprises, aucune réponse. Boite qui n'en a absolument rien à faire de ses clients, une honte en 2021. Ah oui, ils taxent les frais pour les paiement par paypal (j'imagine suite aux nombreux litiges vu leur gestion catastrophique). A fuir !

Il pacco è arrivato con spedizione GLS tracciata.
Il contenuto è uguale a quello mostrato nel sito.

Un iniziale errore che ha ritardato la spedizione,
li ho contattati tramite il loro CUSTOMER SERVICE e hanno risolto il problema.
Sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto, ne farò altri.

An initial mistake that delayed the shipment,
I contacted them through their CUSTOMER SERVICE and they solved the problem.
I am fully satisfied with the purchase, I will make others.

Fraudsters , pledged for the heroquest box received one email stating it was coming soon

Anyway some time later nothing received, they wouldn’t reply to any emails or give updates asked for a refund, no reply

I ordered around 50chf worth of figures. Received an email saying they'd shipped. Figures never arrived. Tracking number appears bogus. Avoid these guys.

Extremely disappointing company.

Paid them in good faith for Heroquest 25th back in 2014, and haven't received anything from them.

They refuse to communicate updates to their customers and have been silent on social media since 2014 - yet still continue to take orders even today...

Hero Quest 25th précommandé en mai 2018 et toujours pas livré. Aucune nouvelle du jeu et de la société. Gamezone Miniatures ne répond à aucun de mes messages alors que je tente d'avoir un remboursement depuis une bonne année !

Société malhonnête ! A éviter absolument !!

They sell non-existing products. Take your money. Claim they will refund. Never do. They don't answer emails.

Ordered x2 of the feudal knights box set. They've now changed the photo for this but at the time it showed x20 miniatures & there was no description. When they arrived there were only x12 to a box - illegal under Spanish law. Ignored all emails and requests for refund - absolutely terrible

Do not buy from these crooks

Took my money (151€), told me they would refund it and then i never heard from them again . Won’t answer my emails or respond. 0/10 for customer service. I will be informing everyone I know in multiple gaming communities not to trust them or give them business.
