www.garagedoorsonline.co.uk Reviews

I've ordered a number of garage doors from Garagedoorsonline over the last few years, and always find them to be helpful, checking and clarifying the many details related to the doors, the delivery, and the installation. Carrol and Keeley have always responded quickly to queries, which helps move the process along, with phone calls from them reminding when the doors are due for delivery, and getting a 30 minute advance call from the driver. Really helpful when running a construction project.

Great customer service from sales and Keeley in the support team.
Speedy response to our query relating to the garage door.
The delivery driver was fantastic and took great care unloading the doors.
I don't plan to build another garage yet, but if I do, I will certainly use garagedoorsonline!

The canopy we had made was of the highest quality, exactly what we wanted. We're very pleased with the result and appreciated being kept well informed throughout the process.

Great product - arrived on time and online support ideal

I purchased a supply only Teckentrup side hinge door from Garage Doors Online, was actually recommended to approach them by another supplier who couldn't do the exact spec i needed and they reckoned GDO could offer best price on this particular product which was indeed the case. Very smooth and efficient transaction from enquiry to delivery. The staff have been most patient with all my requirements and daft queries. Thankyou all Laura, Carrol, Jessica, Keeley for your excellent service ! and to the delivery driver though sorry i cant recall the gentleman's name. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend garage doors online. and now i have the sexiest garage door in my street. Thanks !

I bought a large roller garage door from GDO and fitted it myself. Everything worked great for 3-4 months and then it developed a strange control fault. I spoke to Laura on their customer services team and she was super helpful, asked for a video of the install, a bit more info on the detail of the issue and within 24hrs a new control unit with remotes was on its way. It was quite a strange fault and many online retailers would just have said it was an install issue and try this and that and then monitor it for a few months, but Laura and the GDO team thankfully didn’t take that approach and got things sorted quickly, I was very impressed!!

Left an enquiry regarding fitting the garage door. After one week, they still haven't responded.

Lovely quality door and mechanism. Delivery arrived earlier than advised so an issue with unloading but resolved.

Dealt with garage doors on line to order 2no. Hormann Roller T doors to replace my aged wooden doors. From start to finish the process was very smooth and using the online measuring / dimension drawing allowed me to easily convey the size of door I required. Once I confirmed the order the doors were delivered in around 6 weeks. They were easy to install and the installation video / catalogues were easy to follow. Unfortunately the mounting bezel for the manual override was missing, so Keeley and Laura stepped in and arrange Hormann to sent the item direct to me.

Really happy with the service and product. Really recommend GDO to others looking to replace their own garage doors.

I was looking for an English made roller door …however wanted a fair price ..
Spoke to a couple big company’s who wanted nearly 50% more than I paid to garage doors on line .
Great doors fair price ! Made in the uk. !!!

Great price and worth the wait. The instructions can be baffling if you don’t have a logical brain but we got there. Just take it step by step slowly.

We've been using garage doors online for years now and never had problems. On recent purchase we've bought 3 doors and I've struggled with pairing control box with remotes on one set. Laura, with rest of the team were very helpful, and have assisted me to
successfully complete installation.
Many thanks

The door was sent in perfect condition and was very well made. It looks really smart :)

I'd like to send a special thank you to Laura Rowney for her excellent after sales service in helping to quickly solve an issue that cropped up during installation. She is a credit to the company.

Two years on from my purchase of a Hormann Rollmatic garage door I still received the most helpful customer service from both Garage Doors Online and Hormann UK to resolve an issue that had developed with my door's electronics, despite the warranty limitations.

I've never bought a garage door before. But now I have and couldn't be happier with how it has gone, from my initial enquiry to the completed installation. Garage Doors Online helped me select a Hormann sectional door and from then everything proceeded smoothly and on time. I'm very happy with this and recommend.

I wanted a well insulated, powered door for a new extension.

Great range and service. Good quality

Good item and easy ordering system. The massive issue is the lock system is soo bad. My 5 year old can push the door open. It's flimsy and weak with exposed rivets showing anyone where to drill it out if they wished. The key supplied will break due to the force required to operate the bars. I've had to order a upgraded lock to make sure roller door doesn't open accidentally. Very disappointed

Fantastic garage doors had 2 too fit for a customer. So easy to fit even for one person

Excellent service delivery as promised
