I ordered a Swiss Grill barbecue on their website 22nd April. on the website it said delivery within 1-2 days. I then get a call the next day saying it will take 5-7 days to deliver as its not in stock. The following week I call as it has not yet showed up, I then get told it takes 5-7 days to deliver to THEM, and then they need to send it with a courier team out to me. This would take apperantly another 3-4 days. I then called back a week after this and the barbecue would get to me "today or tomorrow". Then I call back today to find out the barbecue has still not been delivered to their warehouse!! And then when I go on their website it still lists it as having the barbecue in stock and delivery within 1-2 days. Appaling. If you need it for an event don't trust these people as far as you can throw them.

I ordered garden loungers on the web site in stock then told they were not! Agreed to wait, when they arrived parts had been thrown in the top of the box and were scratched.
Rang garden xl no apology for damaged goods after waiting so long.
Some of the customer team good, management not.
After phone calls the due date of delivery by the courier was incorrect and I spent a whole day waiting!

Was not happy with the whole transaction, problems, delivery for spending nearly £600.00

Have now had beautiful loungers delivered and professionally packed delivered within two days by a professional company!!

Outback BBQ shown as in stock on website (and still does now a week after ordering) but when I called to ask why the item hadnt been received after ordering 7 days ago (delivery should be 2 days as per the website) I was advised that they had run out of stock and would not be ordering any more this season!! Useless company!

Website shows complete fiction as to stock levels thereby wasting customers' time who purchase and have to be refunded. Advised gardenxl to update the stock on their site but they have made no change. Borderline fraudulent.

I ordered a Smoker before christmas and double checked before ordering that it included in the offer a cover (otherwise I would of ordered elsewhere as price was only good if it included a cover). Order was also made for two other items. Order confirmed as 4 items (assumed be be smoker, the included cover and the two other items). When order arrived no cover. Called and was told it had been omitted in error and cover would be with me in couple of days. Nothing for a week so emailed and was told no cover was being provided as not part of offer. Both myself and wife checked at time of order and both recall distinctly it being included. When we looked website had been changed so no longer included cover. When complained cock and bull story given that the fact the order referred to 4 rather than 3 items was due to one of the 4 items not being a reference to the cover (even thought told on phone it was) but that smoker came in two pieces and thus was deemed to be 2 items. On website it is sold as one item and has a single product code. Dreadful company that lies to its customer ( now an ex customer) - use at your peril.

I ordered a pair of boots 3 weeks before Christmas. Got an email to say they would be sent they would be dispatched within 3-5 days. No sign of them by 20 Dec so rang for up to date info. I was told a 'manager' would ring me back. Nothing happened. Boots not received by Christmas & no explanation. Rang on 31 Dec. Again told the problem would be looked into then rung back. Nothing happened. In frustration emailed the MD with my list of complaints. No answer. Tried to ring him. Was told he would ring me back. Nothing happened! How can a company have so little regard for its customers. Would never use again, and would recommend anyone to be very wary of using them for mail order To date (11th Jan) still no sign of the boots!

fantastic Christmas tree I looked every where for a nice bushy Christmas tree and they were all crap till I found this site I ordered a nice bushy tree and that's what I got thanks garden xl best regards sharon

Unfortunately I couldn't get the website to accept my order, so I telephoned. The person was extremely helpful. I had free next day delivery for my trouble.
They went above and beyond. A service which these days I am not used to receiving - well done!

I was fortunate that my holly trees were not too badly damaged as the carrier didn't come to my front door but dropped the box over a 6' back gate, which is on a different road from my front entrance and was locked. I had instructed trees to be left at my back door (NOT GATE) if I was not in, but I was at home. One branch was damaged but it could have been worse.

Also I was rather surprised that there were no labels on the trees and no care instructions included. (Although there was other advertising material)

However , hopefully all will be well.

3. Xmas Tree exactly as shown on website.
4. Excellent Quality.
Love this tree, Lights are so vibrant in colour, size is perfect as we are limited in space in the bungalow, fits in he corner of the hall perfectly.

I bought a Christmas tree and I love it as it is very realistic. I always had real trees for Christmas but I decided that it was time to change .I will shop again as it is a very good shop, good realistic pictures which give you a very clear idea of the item you want to buy, easy ordering system, quick despatch and excellent packaging. All in all a really good place to shop.

Lovely tree nice and bushy and the colour is very realistic. I was amazed how quickly it arrived. Just two days. Can't wait to decorate it.

Never thought I would find a wellie to keep my feet warm. But these really do. Ok so they are wide in the foot area and a little heavier, but overall I'm happy with my purchase. They were also delivered within two days. Would defo recomend

This tree is just right for us as we have limited spaceand it suits us and my grandaugther loves it

really quick efficient service, would recommend and use again.

Communication was essential in letting me know the lights would be delayed in arriving, which gave me the opportunity to arrange appropriate time for the fitting with my builder.

Now almost done they look magnificent
