I was looking for a new pair of wellies that would be sturdy enough and warm enough whilst walking the dogs. I had a pair you buy just from the supermarket, they were cold, cracked and difficult to take off. I found these on the internet and they are just what I wanted.............adjustable straps, kick heels to make them easy to take off, neoprene inside to keep feet warm and a thick heel for walking miles in fields, woods and on the roads with the dogs.

The only negative, if you can call it that, is, due to being unisex order a size smaller than you are, I'm a 6 and they were massive but the 5 are great!!!!!!

My order was for a 3ft.Christmas tree with LED lights,which I sent for in plenty of time for Christmas and also before stocks ran out. I was delighted to receive it ahead of the estimated delivery time. So far so good,hope it lives up to expectations come the later part of December.

I ordered both a shed and base. The shed arrived as expected. No sign of the base. After three weeks I rang the company. Twice I was told that I would be rung back...I NEVER was. The base arrived after another two weeks. What more can I say?

We ordered a 6ft fibre optic Christmas tree for £89.99. The tree was delivered by Parcleforce within three working days. As I was signing for the delivery I noticed that the box was sagging in the middle, closer inspection revealed that the tree was broken in the middle and the box was in poor condition, it was also obvious that the tree had been returned and re-distributed. When I complained the lady I spoke with was very apologetic and arranged for the tree to be collected, I also received an email the following day confirming a refund. Overall, not a good experience, the efficient people have been badly let down by the dispatchers.

Product was supposed to be delivered with a working day of confirmation of order that was on the 12th Oct 2013. Product arrived on the 9th Nov 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to chase the order myself after 3 weeks of the product was ordered and asked for some form of compensation which was not offered.

I bought the Taeberry Short Black wellies and I'm really pleased with them, they're light and waterproof and fit very well

I ended up calling Garden XL as website wouldnt accept credit card, having tried several times. Of course I shouldve done that in the first place as so much nicer to talk to a friendly, very helpful sales person. Couldnt have been easier and all very efficient, the goods arrived the next working day, thank you.
