I placed an order on April 2 and didn’t receive it within the timeframe stated on the website. I tried contacting the company multiple times via email—using different addresses—since my messages kept bouncing back. On May 3, I reached out through Shopify, but have still received no response.
Based on other reviews, I’m apparently lucky to have even received my order. Unfortunately, the hoodie I received looks nothing like the color shown in the product photos and arrived poorly packaged—similar to something you’d expect from Temu, not a professional retailer.
By today, the company’s website has been taken down, which raises even more concerns about their legitimacy. I’ve attempted to initiate a return with no success, started a dispute with my bank, and plan to report the company to the European Commission for Consumer Rights and i suggest others to do the same.
I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this seller.

Told me the items were shipped and would not give me a tracking number. Had to get my money back using my bank. And they obviously did not send the items as I never received anything lol. Stay away 😅

Ordered 2 bottoms 2 hoodies on 23rd March. After pestering them for a month with emails they sent one item. Not the items shown but also they are labelled as Akimbo (they are not) I bought these as basics to walk dogs do chores. The joggers are so thin you can see your pants through them and are so short legged. Honestly a joke. They will not refund the other items as they only refund after you receive goods then send back. I'm actually embarrassed to have been caught out by this 🤬

Only 2/5 hoodies came and they are not as advertisd. Color and quality is way off and shipping took too long. Currently trying to refund but their email isn't accepting anything. DO NOT BUY.

Scam… items took forever to ship and only got one of three. Qualily is so bad. Im so pissed that I wasted my money on this.

terrible service. takes long to ship, and is a complete scam. the item was terrible quality and nothing like the photos listed.

don’t buy from this website – emails bounce back, instagram direct messages get ignored, items take almost a month to arrive and then when they do they are not at all the advertised product, unbelievably TERRIBLE quality and not even close to being the item in the product photos. don’t waste your time OR money

It is a scam do not order. Just lost 80 euros for nothing. Be wiser than me.

Order am 03.04.2025 getätigt, nur eine direkte Order Confirmation erhalten. Sonst nichts. Tracking Nummer existiert nicht. Lt. Order Confirmation sollte der Versand per DHL Express erfolgen. Auf Nachfrage keine Antwort erhalten. Chargeback Verfahren eingeleitet.

Made a purchase on 4/2/2025 and nothing has shipped. I received an email saying they would update shipping by today, Monday 4/14/2025 and NOTHING. I asked for a refund, which the email said I will get if no shipping happens by Monday. Luckily I purchased with a credit card because the prices are too good for the products they are ‘selling’

The TrustPilot reviews on their website are FAKE!!!!!! (as this is the first review on here)

Shopify (the website Garment Alchemist uses) only lets a fraud complaint after 30 days so we’ll see how this turns out…
