Poor process
We are three weeks into ordering a car and because Gateway2lease ran out of stock of the chosen car (Colour) the process has had to be re-done putting us back by 2 weeks as there has to be another cooling off period. So in summary you can order a car but if during the process Gateway choose to change that then you have to go back through the process and delayed time.

Gateway2Lease were great from as soon as i chose a vehicle to the delivery day. They communicate very well and always reply. From signing on the dotted line to getting the keys Vicky Hughes was a joy to deal with.

Fantastic organisation
Fantastic organisation. All staff were extremely responsive when dealing with queries and sending/trading documentation to finalize the lease. You can tell this level of service is part of the company’s ethos, everyone I dealt with was competent and efficient. My initial quote was by far the first to come back which also turned into best price available for my vehicle.
A big thank you to Claire, Ruth, and Samah for all their assistance. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience. I’ll definitely be returning in three years for the next one.

Amazing customer service and product!
My work colleague told me about gateway2lease. I’ll admit I was slightly sceptical at first as I’ve always got my cars via local dealerships. However all my local dealerships prices had gone extortionate, so I decided to look into gateway2lease.
I had absolutely no reason to have reservations, I firstly dealt with Ian who gave me so many different car options with the brief I gave him - he was very patient and accommodating providing me with options and quotes.
Once I selected my car the whole process was so straightforward. I was the handed over to Thomas who kept me well informed up until my car was due for delivery and answered any questions promptly.
When booking delivery Georgia was extremely helpful.
Overall I’ve had an amazing experience with this company and I would advise anyone looking for a new car to seek this company out!
