Great experience!
This was the third time I’ve used Gateway2Lease, which in itself is a good indication of the level of service given. From the initial enquiry in January to delivery in March, the process was seamless with timely progress updates. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly, with no pressure applied to close a deal. Consistently good customer service.

I’ve recently ordered a Defender Commercial through my business for the first time and couldn’t be happier. There was a long lead long on the car being built (something that was explained to me) and I found the regular updates really helpful.

Misleading Practices and Deceptive Offers – Avoid at All Costs
I regret not reading the reviews before engaging with Gateway2Lease. Unfortunately, they appear to have a long-standing history of misleading customers. Despite their public claims of addressing these issues, the same problems continue to occur.
I received a quotation, agreed to it, passed the credit checks, and signed a contract based on a 6+23 lease term. However, after paying the broker fee, I was informed that the agreed lease terms were no longer valid, and I would need to pay 9 months upfront instead (£1,700 extra)
When I raised a complaint, it took nearly a week to receive any communication, which only happened after I followed up. Their "resolution" was to offer me £500, but only if I agreed to sign a new contract at a higher rate.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear that this is not an isolated incident. The company seems to have an ingrained culture of misleading customers and falsely advertising their offers.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Their practices are deceptive, and trusting them will likely lead to frustration and disappointment.
Ref their reply: It was identified after I signed a contract and they took my broker fee. The redress was to pay £1700 more than what was signed on the agreement. They seem to have a lot of ‘human errors’ where they progress customers and then ask them to pay more! Don’t fall for their ‘Family Business’ or taking issues seriously, they are professional scammer.
