Lovely dress, arrived quickly

SCAM CITY! Refused to honor their refund policy, then told us we'd have to return the merchandise to DUBAI. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Received 2 dresses this week. They look nothing like the picture, except for the fact they were black. Poor quality, cheap cheap material. I ordered the correct size as per my measurements. Both dresses were not to the Australian size chart. Absolutely a scam.

The sweater came fast. The quality is good, it's comfortable and the sweater is true to fit.

I wish I would have read the reviews here before ordering from Gavye! Just like many others, I asked for a refund & was offered, $7, then $13, then $24 (less than 1/2 of the purchase price). This Company is a SCAM- BUYER BEWARE!!!

I received my order last week and tried the items on. The clothes seemed to fit well and the fabrics were soft and comfortable. As the weather goes cooler, I’m sure I’ll be wearing the items soon

The dress looks beautiful. The material is different from what I expected, but it's okay. My husband loves this dress. I am thinking getting a same design with a different color.

Quick delivery to Australia, great communication and tracking of delivery. Exchange and returns prices exceptional.

Total scam! Do not buy! Clothes don’t even come close to the Australia size equivalent, terrible quality, and now after chasing an answer on how to return and get a refund, I am offered $25 on an order that was US$120! Absolute joke

overall my experience was good, wish the missing item could have been placed on back order.

Sweater I received is not what was depicted in the FB ad photo. I’m trying to return it. They are offering me compensation starting at $5 and saying I can keep it. We are now up to $28 for a $70 purchase. I just want to return it for a full refund which is advertised on their ad page. They are saying I have to send it to Dubai at my cost and telling me I don’t want to do that because of what I will have to pay. Total SCAM!

Offered a sale code, would not apply the code to order. Final price of order was in error. Could not get into company to discuss error -I planned on keeping products, just needed clarification. Finally, called credit card company & stopped payment. Something is way off with this company.

Can’t see the waist band in any photos. Has a tie waist band which is nice. Neckline is being held with the models arm, the true neckline is sewed and gapes under the sewn section. Unsure whether to unpick the sewn bit or just not wear it.
The pattern is beautiful and good material.

I love the clothes. Everything came on time. Good quality, good service.

The fabric is cheap, so is the stitching. And don’t be fooled… they advertise a 30 day easy and free return policy, but it is not true. They refuse returns saying that the dresses would have to be returned to Dubai (so much for advertising that this is all made and shipped from South Carolina). Terrible terrible company. Stay away.

Edit: I now see that others had discovered all that before me and warned others… I wish I would have known about this site and taken the time to read reviews before sending them my money :-(

The dresses were super cute even though the fabric is thin. I originally placed the order on June 20th but didn't receive the order until a little over a month later.

I liked the material of 2 tops I got. Nice quality & liked the weight of how they lay. The dress I got was thinner material than expected but still like the look. It will be good for warmer environments.
The shipping took longer than expected. So did not get the items in time for their original intended purpose.
Also had to work with customer service. I was charged for shipping even though shipping was supposed to be free. I was hesitant when customer service told me they would refund the shipping to me AFTER I received the clothes, especially as it was taking longer to receive the clothes than expected. However, it all worked out and I did, in fact, get the refund as told.
I would try purchasing from this company again knowing I just need to be a little patient with shipping timeline.
