All very simple, professional and re-assuring. The quote process was great. The packing so efficient. The move also very quick and safe. Really can't fault anything at all. Will very much recommend them, and the Hereford branch specifically.

The Hereford team was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient and helpful . They went above and beyond their remit in helping us with a very difficult move.

The GB team were professional caring and informative. Even with my aged aunt fussing around them getting in their way. They were careful with the glass wrapping everything the packed. Even when they had to dismantle and move the very heavy sofa bed there wasn’t a complaint . On arrival to new premises that item had to go up 4flights of stairs . Most would have refused I’m certain.
Definitely recommend GB Liners (Hereford) depot.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our move was a complicated partial move following a bereavement and the Brighton team handled everything professionally and with great care.
From the accurate and competitive estimate provided by Neil, to the follow up planning from Ashley, Mandie and Caroline in the office it meant that everything was set up efficiently and smoothly in readiness for the day of the move.
On the day Reece and his team, Ben and Archie, arrived on time and got straight to work. They were professional and friendly, working hard all day. Clearly professionally trained, they skilfully and carefully packed items including fragile items and loaded it all onto the truck.
The offload at the delivery address was also efficiently handled.
Thank you to everyone in the Brighton team for making the whole process run smoothly.

Communications were excellent. They listened to my needs and were willing to negotiate. Shipment arrived in good state and was collected and delivered exactly as scheduled. The staff were nice and helpful.

Communicated with them for weeks about our moving date. We kept in touch with them about the date which never changed. They didn’t suggest changing dates because of their availability in the run up to our exchange. But wouldn’t confirm our booking until we had exchanged contracts. When we went to pay they said they were fully booked for that day but could do another day. Terrible communication, complete waste of time.

We now have less than a week to find an alternative. Don’t risk using them for your move.

Robert, thanks for your response. But I’m not sure we can blame the government on this occasion. Unfortunately the house buying & selling system is the one we have. GB Liners booking system is your company’s choice.

After spending a full day contacting alternative removal companies, it’s clear that most have a system for pre-exchange bookings. A number were contacting their customers to check on their move dates to see if they could accommodate us.

It is unfortunate we find ourselves in this situation. Ultimately it’s our fault for putting our trust in GB Liners. I’d hoped engaging the services of a ‘professional’ removals company would reduce the stress of our move rather than add to it.

Needed GB Liners/ Hereford depot support with a more from a countryside location into town at the start of March 2026.
GB liners lorry arrived 10 minutes early with two removals people, who once I had identified what was to be loaded went about their business. Friendly, helpful, professional, honest - sums up my experience from booking to completion. The help on the day was brilliant and I really couldn't have asked for more. Everything went smoothly at both ends of the move and I could see that those involved knew what they were doing. A couple of tea breaks and a chat as we went sealed the day. Really grateful for your support and professionalism on the day - thanks to the GB Liners team!

I had a very positive experience with GB Liners from the initial quote through to moving day.
The office team were always polite and helpful whenever I had questions before the move. On the day itself, Adam and his team kept me informed about their arrival time as they were briefly delayed in London rush-hour traffic. Although access to my road was a little tricky due to parked cars, the team dealt with it calmly and got things organised.
Before starting, Adam walked around the property with me to agree on the packing plan. As I hadn't moved in a vey long time, I was amazed at how efficiently the team worked through each room, including the garage, while still taking great care with everything.
The team were friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions, including those about when my furniture comes out of storage.
Overall, the move was far less stressful than I expected. I'd like to thank James (he came and gave the quote); Adam, Jordan and Jake (the removals team); Sylvia (the office team) and everyone at GB Liners for making the whole experience smooth.

Very friendly and efficient company based in Loughborough. Everything was packed professionally and carefully and, even though the van was unpacked in torrential rain, the removal staff remained cheerful! Excellent service.
