The company had a good range of items in their showroom and were able to dicuss our needs in depth but with no pressure. Prices were competitive and they quoted for supply, installation and taking away the old item. They delivered and installed within three days. Parking was available in a public car park 100 yds away. We came away having had a friendly discussion. Our dog was delighted with treats and we vowed not to buy on the Internet again! Highly recommended.

Really pleased with them

The service I got from personnel was excellent but the product itself (Daewoo heated throw) is feeble. The heated wiring within the double sided fleece fabric, barely heats up at all even on the highest setting.

Fabulous service and was prepared to deliver very quickly to me at a very reasonable cost . Goods arrived a day earlier than expected and I’m very pleased with my bean to cup coffee maker .

Ordered and paid for a torch which was shown as in stock. Subsequent email received stating item could not be located in the store, and as they had no more, order was canx. Refund received promptly. Very polite, and an unfortunate outcome.
