Geeetech delivers what they promise
I have been reviewing Geeetech’s Alkaid 3D resin printer for Youtube and found it was a quality product, unpretentious and basic, but does exactly what was promised. My dealings with Geeetech have been positive, courteous, and professional, with both products and expense payments arriving as expected on time. From my personal experience I can then wholeheartedly recommend Geeetech.

Bisher super zufrieden. Habe einen Drucker von Geeetech (A10) sowie all mein filament. Der Drucker läuft mit dem filament schon über 2 Jahre ohne große Ausfälle. (Mal für 2€ neues Teil)
All in all super zufrieden.
Avoid! I hope I will get a better experience with a different brand.
Support is always responsive but it is only by email, that I am aware of and there's always a time zone issue which causes delays to get said responses.
That being said, the quality of the printer is terrible. I've had to learn how to become a 3D printer technician since I bought their A10 model and one thing after another has gone wrong. Cheap metals are used as well because many parts already wore out within less than a couple of years. Simple screws and bolts easily cross-thread. The bed was never perfectly flat causing sticking issues. The printer needs to be levelled on a per use basis. The platform springs are weak. The motherboard needed to be replaced within a year of owning. And I could go on. The last straw was when I tightened the extruder head and it cross-threaded with the support piece and now I need to replace both. I reached out to Geeetech about this and although they responded; the response was unacceptable business practice and didn't answer all of my concerns.
Horrible Product and Customer Service
Currently fighting with Geeetech Customer Service on returning the A20T printer we purchased and received a week ago. We began the return process two days after receiving the printer. It came with a broken screen, stripped screws that did not completely fasten parts down, thermistor is preventing use of machine and needs replaced, along with smaller issues with the complete build. Customer service finally answered stating they would only refund 80% of the paid price and that WE had to pay for shipping to return their damaged product! Shipping to Germany is over $200 which means we ultimately would be losing the total amount paid by the end of things. We will fight this until the end as it is not right and protected by the Fair Trade Act; additional actions will be taken if they do not correct this injustice.
The least accessible customer service…
The least accessible customer service on the planet. Not just for the printers, but for the filament also. I got a a20T printer, and it needs a lot of modification to do a days work. Wobbly gantry, poor build quality. Geetechs system for customer services requires info you were never given in your purchase, so good luck with your secondhand geetech purchase, you are f'ed now!!!
Worst Customer service ever!
They sent me a hot-end and motherboard which was broken again they sent me a new hot-end and the other one has a problem and after that, they stop responding and for past 5 days I didn’t receive any response from them, still don’t know if the hot-end is broken or the motherboard has issues, about 2 months of wasting time for nothing and my problem still didn’t solve!!!

I am fianily able to complete mt 2nd print, after 4 month of replacing parts.
This A10T was sold as new, the shipping box showed no evidence of being opened.
The manufactures warrenty did apply.
I have replaced the hotend, the heatblock came ruptured.
I have replaced the extention board, ite extention board came with fan wires wraped around the pins and glued in place.
I have replaced several trolly wheels that has chunks of rubber missing.
I have replaced 1 belt (Y axis) due to missing teeth.
I have replaced Extruder motor E2, it will not operate.
I have replaced Y axis stepper motor, it would skip 1 tooth at 40mm from the limit switch.
I purchessed tools to repair this unit, It did not come with any.
I purchessed a build plate, It did not come with one.
The seller replaced the hotend. All other problems wrer refered to the manufacture under warrenty.
Geeetech the manufacture refuses to honor any warrenty.
Please send me the part listed, as replacements for the next failure.
The mainboard is identified as a 4.1 not a 4.1b.
This hacked in product will never get a good review from me.
I will retract all bad comments if you make this right.
Product is garbage
The support team is incredibly difficult to work with. They closed my ticket without fixing my problem, the auto leveling feature i bought with the machine has yet to work almost year later. not a happy customer.

They speak to you and treat you like dirt on the floor. Brought a printer with a super bed this week, got the printer but no super bed. Had to ask them where it is and then they replied it will be coming from an EU warehouse. They didn't bother to email me and let me know before hand. Tried to ask for a refund for $19.99 for the bed as I can get it from amazon to bed here tomorrow. Then they turned round and said it's on the way without tracking all the way from the EU!! They stated I should use the bed they had provided but I said I need the bed I ordered as it is for my business! They are a very bad company to deal with. Wrote this review on their Facebook page but they took it down within minutes!! DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Have 3 Printers
Bought i3b pro, no problems. Bought 2nd i3b pro, no problems. Bought a10m, 6 months board crashed, these things happen no matter how much money you spend. Worked with geetech support, sorted problem, new board provided. No problems since. Would and will buy from them again.
A30 Pro.
Geetech use their own board and firmware in the A30, A30T, A30M, A30Pro and E180. It has not been made clear that the firmware (Smartto) has a reduced set of commands compared to Marlin meaning that the printers can not be modified easily and Geeetech do not support the idea.
Technical support has taken 3-6 days to respond and has been basic, only offering a link to a video already available on utube or failing to answer the question
Sales have been good to respond but spares can take four weeks to arrive from Hong Kong.
So, if you want to tinker with a 3D machine these are not for you but if you only want to print standard materials then it seems to work fine.
I bought an A30 Pro
I bought an A30 Pro. when I go it the plastic gear in the extruder was broken. After contacting them they sent me another. It took 3 weeks. The after about 3 more days, I found that the machine would not home in the Y position. After 3 more weeks of trying to communicate the problem, they stooped responding and reffurred me to the forum. After weeks in the forum, not 1 reply. I have an expensive broken piece of crap

i order a a30t 3d printer from them it on a monday night and it was delived tuesday morning at 9:45 so fast delivey there was some dammage to the fan on the extruder and the motherboard did not work. i contacted them about it and within 8h they had sent out all new parts that needed replacing. so i have not had chance to print anything yet but will do another review on the printing side. they was quick to help and gave all the support needed to get the printer working.
Bad printer - bad support
One month ago I bought a Geeetech A10M printer.
I have used many, many hour to set up the printer. It's not easy. Leveling the printbed is close to impossible. Using a slicer-software is not for ordinary people. The company recomment Repetier, but it dosen't work. I contacted support and they give me only recommendations for Cura. When I asked for exact configuration they stopped communication. Find another printer with good support!
Great product. Poor company
I have been waiting 5 weeks for a hotend to be delivered. The glass bed took 6 weeks.
They need faster shipping, better customer services.
I would not buy from them again, which is a shame, the printer is good.
But waiting this long for parts is ridiculous. Buy from a company that has a eu warehouse.

I ordered a A10M printer (=2 color printer) before Xmas.
Shipped 18 december, and arrived 23 december. Shipped from the european warehouse (Germany) to Belgium. Arrived in good condition.
Very happy with this shop. And it arrived before Xmas...

Heve put it together and turned it on, but the board
GT2560 burned at the time.
Contacted the firm geeetech, but they do nothing
about the failured printer.
There were no heating board in the package also.
Very disapointed about descision to buy by this firm.
