This is my first purchase from this dealer. From my price query through delivery of the watch the service was first rate. Mr. Schnitzer is a pleasure to work with. With great service, fast & free shipping and rock bottom pricing, what's not to like?

I have been purchasing watches from Gemnation for more than 5 years. I have found them to be most cordial, honest and accommodating. Their pricing is excellent throughout, but you should compare before making a final decision. I have found that they will always work with you; very reasonable. Their shipping is prompt and packed extremely well. When, on the rare occasion, I needed warranty work done, it has been handled in a most professional manner with care and expertise.

I it sounds like I am a fan of Gemnation, it is because I most definitely am. These a good people doing good honest work, and I plan on supporting them for a very long time to come.

Poor service. Selling defective product. No punishment or consequence from host Web site.

I, more precisely, was a regular customer. I bought 4 watches, but once I bought a Perrelet (Daily Deals) watch from them. The watch was not new, but with scratches and scuffs on the case. They refused to refund anything when writing a claim on PayPal, although all the photos were provided. Horrible service. I do not recommend and will never appeal again.

I bought a Ball engineer diver world time in Aug this year. The crown gasket has been detached only after 4 months old. Request for repair been sent for 5 days. No reply has been received yet. Disappointed by the quality of the brand and service.

Bought several watches from Gemnation. Usually fine. However after buying a Snyper watch from them, everything went downhill. Strap was too short and they could not send a longer strap. They are still pushing those watches, even though the company no longer exists. They do not tell their customers this. I wrote and they do not respond to this point. A lack of forthrightness is obvious. Back to the strap, I would simply buy another. However, the fit to the case is highly specialized and getting a longer one does not seem possible. Gemnation is absolutlely no help. Maybe they will respond to this.

Not sure why there are a bunch of negative reviews on here. This is my first time ordering such a high-end timepiece online, and after finding out Gemnation was the only one that offered this particular brand and model at such an amazing price, I decided to take the plunge.

Glad I did because the process of buying and receiving the watch was effortless and worry-free. The watch arrived no later than 4 days and I was updated throughout. Arrived in perfect condition, protected by 4 layers of boxes in total, each wrapped well to protect the watch.

I dislike online shopping because so many things are left to chance, but Gemnation has proven that even when buying an expensive luxury item that I can rest, assured that my purchase will arrive at my doorstep smoothly, quickly and in perfect condition.

Thank you Gemnation for an immaculate buying experience. You are a hidden gem of a store in the large e-commerce arena.

I bought a Revue Thommen Airspeed XL Chronograph. It came in the original box, with all tags and seals, protective film over the crystals.
Looked at it carefully and I would say it is the genuine article. Checked the rate on my timing machine and it is barely 4 sec/day fast in all positions.
The price was unbelievable. I would buy from them again.

They had a Mont Blanc watch on one of their daily deals that I always keep an eye on and it was a superb price so I bought one, another watch added to my collection. Paid, shipped and arrived in the UK within a few days. Superb watch at a great price and good service, why all the haters? I would certainly use them again if the right watch came up on their daily deal!

Zero star!

"I should give them zero star. I ordered a watch from them. They never shipped the item. They hold my order a few days then tried to contact me to sell another more expensive one instead of ship the one I ordered. Don't ever trust them. They will never sell a good one with good price to you. This is my first and very bad experience shopping. Zero Star!"

I'm in the UK and Gemnation (New York) had the watch I wanted in stock and at a good price. They answered email questions quickly and offered payment options. On Saturday I paid online, my purchase was immediately acknowledged, and the watch was dispatched on Monday. It arrived in the UK next day. I paid the VAT and duty on Wednesday and received the watch on Thursday morning. The timepiece is authentic, brand new, in perfect condition with tags, box, and booklets. They also provided their own 2 year warranty card. I could not have done better service myself!

If and when I need to get it repaired or serviced I will send it to the UK service centre or a local stockist. But, hopefully, I will get many years of accurate timekeeping :)

When I received my watch, I immediately noticed that the crown and the rotor was malfunctioning. I had the watch inspected by a watchmaker and the verdict was quick: lack of lubrication. He told me the watch was probably stored for a long time in some dry and/or warm environment without due care and the oil had dried up.

Contacted Gemnation for warranty. After 2 weeks, 15 emails and reminders to Alex Breuer from GN, I finally got a written statement confirming that this will be covered by warranty and I could send it to them for repair and free lubrication service. The only thing I would have to do is pay for shipping to and back, a total of 60$ (!).

Weeks after I sent it back, the same GN employee confirmed me that "The watchmaker has repaired your watch and is testing it at the moment". When I received the watch back after MORE THAN 2 MONTHS and countless reminders/emails, I immediately noticed that the watch was IN THE EXACT SAME DEFECTIVE CONDITION. This was confirmed by my local watchmaker: he confirmed that NO REPAIR HAD BEEN PERFORMED.

I contacted Alex Breur again, and after again countless reminders and emails, he replied that "Gemnation will only cover the costs if there is a new defect, the watch was received and lubricated, if it is for the same issue then there is nothing more that can be done as it has already been lubricated." A blatant lie. He suggested me to send it again to them at my own cost (!).

The breach of trust was so blatant that I gave up sending it to them and contemplating a local repair. I asked a refund of at least the shipping costs, it was refused. Not to mention the cost of service, that goes without saying.

Avoid Gemnation at all costs. 50+ emails, countless reminders, blatant lie and misrepresentations from their representative, and I'm only left with 60$ lost in shipping costs and a watch I do not dare to wear anymore since the crown is stuck.

After buying a watch they do nog respond to a service question About a repair!! The official Raymond Weil company just said that gemnation is not an official dealer , so there is NO warranty!!!

Be aware!!

I bought a watch, paid by paypal, after 4 days of the transaction was canceled. Sell watches which are not? Do not buy from them !!!!!!!

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen des Unternehmens bei Chrono24 habe ich ein Modell dort bestellt, da es trotz Zollgebühr und Versandkosten preislich attraktiv war. Die Kommunikation funktionierte sehr schnell, umfassend und gut. Die Lieferung erfolgte außerordentlich schnell. Kann ich empfehlen.

J'ai acheté sur Gemnation une montre M L malgré l'erreur sur la fourniture de la montre lors de la livraison . Le Marchand a reconnu ces tords et pris entièrement à sa charge tout les frais liés à cette erreur .Je les remercie pour avoir traiter cette réclamation avec compréhension Lorsqu'ils ont pris la mesure de l'erreur ils ont toujours répondus rapidement à mas des demandes.
Je recommande ce marchand.

Gemnation was selected by me through internet with best ratings by BBB business bureau. I was anxious as I was ordering $40,000 to 85,000 range 3 watches upto $ 200,000 total. At the end all the three watches were beautiful, as described and delivered with Original Patek Papers.
Their prices were very good, though I would recommend offering them a realistic offer after doing your homework to get the best response . Overall very good experience. For this deal they also put in 4 nice watches for my children. I will definitely recommend them in future and I have indeed to my brother in law.

Eigentlich bin ich eher skeptisch bei online Angeboten! Dennoch wollte ich einen Versuch bei Gemnation versuchen, weil der Preis (trotz Einfuhrsteuer, Zoll, Transportkosten) unschlagbar günstig war.
Auf all meine Fragen (und das waren nicht wenige) ist man immer sofort, freundlich und kompetent eingegangen. Selbst bei der Bezahlung war man so flexibel, dass das nochmals geändert werden konnte (mein Bank-Konto funktionierte nicht für Überweisungen außerhalb der EU). Alles ging super schnell, kompetent und vor allem freundlich! Was man leider bei vielen deutschen online Shops nicht behaupten kann.... Am erstaunlichsten empfand ich dann noch, dass das Paket innerhalb von 3 Tagen bei mir angeliefert wurde! Ware Top! Bei Gemnation würde ich jederzeit immer wieder sofort bestellen und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!! DANKE an ALEX von Gemnation!!!
