We have been using Gentle dog food for over 10 years. Our dog who will be 12 years old in early summer, gobbles his food up 3 times a day.
We are very happy with Gentle as it is Nutrition rich, high in protein and importantly cold pressed. Our dog is fit, healthy, active and enjoys running around with all the youngsters we meet on our long walks each day.
Delivery - speedy delivery.
Customer Service - 5stars - my order last week got returned to Gentle by the delivery company - i got in contact with Beate, who managed to get 2 bags to me the following lunchtime - just in time as we were down to 1 days worth of feed.

Our Labrador loves this food! It has kept her really healthy where other brands have upset her tummy. Also scores highly on “All about dog food”.
We had an issue with the courier damaging one of our deliveries but Gentle customer service were so helpful and speedy to sort it out.

Our dog (Labrador) loves this food and we tried changing it but had to return to it as he wouldn’t eat the other food.

We enjoy looking after our son's dog when required. When this includes feeding, he sends the correct amount of Gentle Dog Food in a container (I'm amazed that this small size weighed portion/s satisfies an energetic dog!) but it does. She's happy, full of energy, healthy with a shiny coat.
He say it's down to her lifestyle and good diet. Well done Gentle Dog Food!

We’ve been feeding our Pointer this food for years, such good value for money and high quality product, I wouldn’t feed her anything else. I enquired about the new tin products recently and ended up ordering a mixed pack, great addition to the cold pressed.

My two 3-year-old dogs, harrier and beagle, eat this and absolutely love it. I give them a scoop in the morning (sometimes add carrot or chicken for variety), take them out for a pee and poop, get back and give them another scoop. That keeps them going for the rest of the day.

Company were very responsive via email and even kindly offered to post out a free sample which was received very quickly. I ordered a bag which was dispatched rapidly and was well packed, in recyclable materials.
I'm new to cold-pressed diets, but my dog has been happy and healthy on it thus far.

I have heard that this dog food is very good so I am very interested. I have emailed twice with an enquiry such a shame they have not been answered.
Not good customer service.

Mollie has been fed a raw diet from weaning but she became increasingly fussy.
Fed up with wasting food and not keen on ordinary kibble I went for cold pressed and settled on Gentle Goat.
She took to it like a duck to water or should that be dog to goat?
It's rather alarming to feed so little but giving her more seems to cause more poops, usually at 2 or 3 in the morning!
Cost wise for my 5kg dog is about 70p a day.
Unfortunately she is scratching her face a lot and in the last few weeks has also started nibbling her feet so am wondering if I should try a different variety.

Very prompt service and a tremendous product. The Original has been my very fussy dog's favourite for years and he looks and is great on it. Being a large Munsterlander he is very active and needs top nutrition which he gets from his Gentle Original. I absolutely recommend this food!

The Gentle Goat kibble has been amazing for my dog with IBD. She loves it, and her symptoms are massively reduced. The food scores highly on the independent dog food quality site, All About Dog Food, so we know we are providing a high quality diet.

I have been using for about 6 months and the product is excellent... I had a small issue with one pack and the owner, Beate, was very responsive and has sent a replacement pack for free.

We plan on using this food for years to come!

Bought the kibble to mix with raw food.
Dogs love it.
I bought these as one of my rescues has problems with his teeth ( ground down we think he’s been eating stones or something) and these pellets are not too hard and not soft if that makes sence and he is perfectly fine chewing these.
They must taste nice as there are none left over at meal times.
Would definitely recommend.

My dog absolutely loves this food & it’s very good for her digestion, it has made a real difference to her as she used to suffer a lot with colitis. Also happy with the delivery.

You can only judge a company by how they deal with complaints &, unfortunately, if you have a problem they ignore your emails. I purchased their Dental Bones (& a 15kg sack of food) & had cause to complain, because as soon as the dog's saliva makes contact with the bone, the product starts to leach large quantities of dark brown dye & oil. I left my dog with the bone for 5 minutes & returned to discover that dark brown dye had been smeared all over my kitchen floor & carpet. My Golden Retriever was also covered in it around his mouth, face, chest, ears & paws, where he had been holding it. As he brushed past me, the dye also transferred on to my trousers & cardigan. To make matters worse, this happened on christmas day & I had to spend most of the afternoon clearing up the horrendous mess. Upon telephoning 'Beate', she had the audacity to claim that my dog must have regurgitated it from his stomach!! What utter nonsense!! As I was holding the bone, the dye leaked all over my hands as well. I offered to return it to her, but she declined. After initially agreeing to contact the manufacturer, Beate now refuses to advise me of the outcome & continues to ignore my emails. This is a disgrace of a company. A reputable company would at least offer some form of goodwill gesture to compensate us for the considerable inconvenience we suffered. Despite washing my carpet, slight staining is still clearly visible. The dental bones, in particular, are not fit for purpose or as described. If you have a problem, don't expect them to resolve it to your satisfaction. Dental bones are not supposed to leak dye & stain the surrounding area. The most you expect is a few crumbs.

No fuss shopping experience, fast and prompt, my dog loves the food, one time I find her sticking her head in the bag and eating it.
