Please see below tips that may help with the ID verification process. If the below tips do not assist, you may need to try an alternative form of identification (we can verify your Passport, Australia drivers’ licence or Medicare card).
Make sure your full name and date of birth are the same as the ID being used for verification (including hyphens, spaces, and apostrophes).
Make sure you enter your middle name (or initial) if it is on your ID.
You may need to check the keyboard (or character set) you are using. If your name has an apostrophe, please ensure you are entering it using an English (Australia) keyboard.
If changing the character set does not work, you may wish to try entering your name without the hyphens, spaces, and apostrophes.
Be aware of mandatory fields and ensure they are all completed (e.g. Surname is mandatory).
Some fields are case sensitive.
As an alternative, you can obtain a copy of your free credit report from equifax.com.au/personal. You have a right to obtain a free copy of your credit file once every three months, or if you have lodged a correction request and have been advised that your file was corrected, or if you have been declined on an application for credit in the last 90 days.

I was scammed which is why I contacted you, I have found that all the organizations that I was referred to have been very good. I doesn't look like we will get any of our money back, most of this was indeed the advance in our home loan so we are back to square one and it doesn't look like we will ever get to own our home before we pass on, but looking on the positive side at least we both still have our health and our family, and it would seem that so far the scammers haven't tried to use my identity for anything as that would affect our credit score

Hey hi, actually I have two credit cards from commonwealth bank and citi bank. In 2020 march I went to India and I stuck there due to covid 19 for two years,in 2022 march 28th I came to Australia on my extension visa. And I called to bank to clear my disputes with my credit cards. And I cleared my dues, And my credit score went down Now how can I improve my credit score to get loans and credit cards in future

Dunno good credit score
Dunno good credit score. Get a new car lose $9000 the moment I drive out the car yard. Pay back 40% more than it is worth then when finally paid it back ....you have something thats worth next to nothing. Sign me up to whatever it is....NEW HOME? No worries with the cost of living going through the roof and our stable income with not much change in ten years, but twice the expense....
We hope the youth of today all live to be 200 to pay for this world's greed
