Some 18months ago I had a score of 1150…
Some 18months ago I had a score of 1150... cause of a wrong action by Telstra which had nothing to do with from that point on my score dropped.
Even though Telstra said they were wrong and apologize was score had not return to what it was before hand.
I even reported to the Ombudsman to get help to deal with this..

There were missed payments in 2020…
There were missed payments in 2020 which I had no idea I owed. This issue has been taken care of but I have no recourse to state how this issue came about without providing evidence which I don't have

I think GetCreditScore is great
I think GetCreditScore is great! Always good to talk with customer service when needed, and quite quick to reply if communication is via email. Very helpful, and they resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

I wasn’t able to access my full account…
I wasn’t able to access my full account due it not taking my Medicare Card number for sum reason even though it was correct, I wanted to see if there was anything on it that needed my attention even though I had a good report I wanted to improve on my score.
