Inaccurate credit details
I received a credit score from you early December and you have now sent me an update based on changes to my details. Unfortunately you have not included changes to various credit cards which have either had their credit limit reduced or have actually been stopped.
It's a pity that you are not up to date with changes which effect people's credit scores.

GetCreditScore is a free service that provides our members with their Equifax credit score. We do not calculate your credit score, we simply extract it from Equifax on your behalf.
If you would like to check the details you have on file at Equifax, you can request a free copy of your credit report from equifax.com.au/personal. You have a right to obtain a free copy of your credit file once every three months, or if you have lodged a correction request and have been advised that your file was corrected, or if you have been declined on an application for credit in the last 90 days.
If you find there is incorrect information on your credit report, you can lodge a correction request via the Equifax Corrections Portal (free service). GetCreditScore cannot make any changes to your file.
If you have any queries or concerns relating to your credit score, or the information held on your credit file, these would need to be addressed directly with Equifax. You can contact Equifax directly by clicking here.
Please note that using the GetCreditScore service will not impact your credit score negatively. The GetCreditScore enquiry is recorded as a 'File Access' and is only disclosed to Access Seekers and yourself.

Quite happy with the result
Quite happy with the result ; However as bit pissed off with the credit scoring system ; as I applied for two credit cards almost on the same day ,my rating went down, May be you should mention this in your communication with your customers who might do the same after getting a good credit report . (like what factors can bring down the credit rating)

Below are some general examples of what may have a positive or negative impact on your credit score (these examples are general in nature and are not applicable to your specific circumstances).
Applying for credit (including loans and credit cards, post-paid mobile services and other utilities) regardless of whether the application was approved or not.
Late or missed repayments.
Closure or cancellation of old accounts/credit cards. Believe it or not, this can actually lower your credit score!
Regular changes in your home address or your employer.
Changing your credit limit.
For specific details on why your credit score may have changed, you can obtain a copy of your free credit report from equifax.com.au/personal. You have a right to obtain a free copy of your credit file once every three months, or if you have lodged a correction request and have been advised that your file was corrected, or if you have been declined on an application for credit in the last 90 days.
