While I do appreciate their timeliness when replying to my questions, sometimes they will say an issue is resolved but it is actually not. It also isn't great when I have to be redirected all over the place to get a seemingly simple questions answered.

Save Yourself the HASSLE. Lies, more lies, and unkept promises. Their sales guy tell ya one thing... then you are locked in. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly a year with DearDoc, I feel obligated to share our experience so other healthcare practices can make an informed decision.

We initially signed with DearDoc because of the promises made during the sales process regarding AI, SEO, blog content, directory listings, reputation management, and increased patient referrals. Unfortunately, our experience never matched those expectations.

Within the first few months, many of the services we were promised had not been fully implemented. We raised our concerns and requested to cancel. Instead, DearDoc acknowledged the issues and offered a complete relaunch with a new account team and a written 60-day referral guarantee.

Unfortunately, the relaunch followed the same pattern.

Our onboarding meetings were cancelled, communication became inconsistent, and emails often went unanswered for extended periods. We repeatedly had to reach out just to find out what was happening with our account. At one point we were told our Google AI Chat had been fully integrated, but we could not verify that it was actually live. We also continued to question whether our SEO blogs were being properly indexed and whether directory profiles and backlinks were actually being completed as represented.

What became most frustrating was that we spent an incredible amount of time verifying DearDoc's work instead of focusing on our patients. We constantly found ourselves checking whether promised services had actually been completed. A marketing company should provide confidence—not require its clients to audit its work.

The most disappointing part was not the results themselves. Marketing always involves some uncertainty. It was the repeated communication that something had been completed when we could not verify it, the lack of timely support when problems were identified, and the feeling that every issue required repeated follow-up on our part.

If DearDoc had simply acknowledged the shortcomings, fixed them promptly, or honored our request to end the relationship after failing to meet expectations, this review would likely not exist. Instead, we spent months trying to make the service work while continuing to pay for services we did not feel were being fully delivered.

Run the other way
was there anything that was competent? the phone lines were terrible, ai was terrible, caller ID issues after caller ID issue, no numbers no return call info. And the contracts, wow, i feel suckered by deardoc..their staff are aggressive and do not respond if you want to file a complaint against a rep that’s trying to bully you.

I like how fast Fernanda has been with the edits for the ai.

I requested a change of our chatbot name to correct the spelling. I received an email letting me know my request was received. Another email to let me know it was in the works, and a third email telling me the change had been made before I even had a chance to read the second email! Camille is on top of things!

He was very quick to address our issue. We discovered the challenge was on our end and we have resolved it.

Chatted with Christina today, but all my interactions with Deardoc have been spot on and helpful. They do what they say they are going to do. The AI chat-bot assistant was added to my medical web site and it is gathering contact/interest information from potential patients.

Christina took good care of promptly meeting our needs in assisting requesting feedback from patients. She even followed up with a phonecall to let us know that she had sent the QR code to my email!

We have been working with DEARDOC for a couple years and have been very happy with their services. They have been instrumental in our website set up and have worked closely with our marketing team to get things just right. Also, their DEARDOC dashboard is very effective in bringing in new patients. The system itself is extremely user friendly! I highly recommend this company.
