Called GetGround today after seeing their ad on socials. Asked to make an appointment for property tax and accounting advice. Call handler told me they can't give tax advice. Really? Sorry but I thought that was the whole point of having an accountant? Didn't bother enquiring further. Went somewhere else instead...

I have changed my bank details and the auto-payment could not be effected. I emailed GetGround and got the response within an hour and I updated my card details easily through the link they sent me.
I also had some email communications with GetGround previously on the payments, overall they respond fast and offer effective advice and assistance. I am delighted with the service.

I have had a good experience with their property sourcing service so far. Eamon and I had an initial discussion to find out what exactly I was seeking to achieve with an investment portfolio. Based on that call, we had another one to discuss the purchase of a specific property. Eamon sent me a spreadsheet detailing the figures before our meeting and walked me through the stats and explained how the projected figures had been calculated. I really appreciated this as otherwise it may have been a bit confusing reading it on my own.

After agreeing to go ahead with the purchase, I was passed on to Sarah Robson. I liked Sarah as she put me at ease about the whole process and didn't make me feel like I was just another customer on a spreadsheet. She was readily available to respond to any queries that I had during the purchasing process.

I did experience some issues with the purchase which had nothing to do with GetGround but both Eamon (who went the extra mile) and Sarah were very helpful in sorting it out with the seller and solicitors in a timely manner.

Special thanks to Harry Gardner from Getground. We had issues with companies that we needed to strike off, and Harry went above and beyond to close holding companies without any charge. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants accounting or LTD companies BTL solutions. I will definitely put my next company on their platform shortly.

Ever since September/October the changed of service provider for their bank account. All our direct debit has been failing and we proceed to re-setup direct debit for consecutive 3 months all issues is not resolved.

There has been 0 effort for getground to ensure the continuity of their service.

I strongly recommend not to use their service.

GetGround made the initial setting up an LLC and related bank account extremely simple, and filed the necessary registration documents with Company House and the UK tax authorities.
Since the property purchase, they have provided an extremely convenient method to upload invoices and income documents against the relevant transactions in the LLC bank account. And they promptly prepared and filed annual UK tax return for the LLC.

The speed of execution, responsiveness and the ease of opening a limited company remotely, is most appreciated. The support staff are well versed in their respective area, clear in their communications. Definitely a great experience.

I watched Florence’s many online guest programs for GetGround in last few years. She always presented in clear, succinct and professional manner each time, making otherwise an intimidating buying process of UK housing from afar. GetGround team is firstly very customer-oriented. I have been an investor using their platform to setup limited companies and invest in properties in the UK.
