Engaged GetGround end last year for managing two rental properties. After signing the agreement they just passed the management to another company that is never responsive. Tenancy agreement expired in Feb this year but no one is working on the renewal nor providing any update. You would be spending far more time chasing for an update than managing the properties yourself.

My experience with GetGround has been great so far. I incorporated my business with them and currently trying to get a mortgage through their brokerage service.
