I order a custom piece December 18th 2023 it is now 30 days later and I can't get the tracking number or anybody to respond from the Facebook Messenger or the direct company message I will be canceling the order in my bank you guys do not shop with them they are very unprofessional inexperienced in the lack of communication is zero

The Ring took two months to come and once it came it didn't look like the Ring on their page. Extremely disappointed. No breathing holes behind the Moissanite, which makes it extremely hard to put on and take off plus size is totally off. Requested a 9, and got a 7.

I was excited to see what was the hype about, so I brought a custom piece. It came and I was highly disappointed. The custom piece itself had so many flaws. The Stones are not set right, some metal is still green stones are significantly cloudy. Not the best representation.

I ordered a 24 inch 20mm cuban chain and the quality on this is unmatched. Waterproof and everything too. Definitely will order again

On February 25,2023 I ordered the
20mm Diamond White Gold Three-Row Cuban Link Chain × 1 waited a week later for them to send me my confirmation never received it waited another week later still didn't receive anything so I email them didn't get a response so I emailed them asking for a refund and this what they sent me(This piece has more complicated and unique craftsmanship, will take a few more days, please understand.
Once it's sent out, we will keep you updated and send you the tracking number.
Thank you for your time and patience and we would like to return 10$ coupon.

This is March 16 and still didn't get my refund but got a text saying this (We tried to apply again, if you keep this order, we can credit back 30$, and we will help you rush them. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS GUYS THEY TOOK MY $155 DONT LET THEM TAKE YOURS

DON’T wasted your money and time. I wish there was a way to write a review with a star. I’m so pissed right now. So, Please forgive me if my spelling isn’t up to part. So, I place a order from this company on December 9,2022. Honstly, I didn’t really expected my order to come in time especially with Christmas two weeks away. So, I already had the understanding of expecting my items to come after the holidays. The items I order were the 5mm Ice Ball Necklace in 18k Gold and a custom Ice Photo Pendant. These gift were for my boyfriend we had experience a bad loss in the phone which was my brother in law. I got the custom Ice Photo Pendant as a surprise gift for my boyfriend and the Ice Ball Necklace was one of his gifts as well. Now, I originally reach out to the company about the shipping situation because we all know most companies policies are different. Doing my order I paid the extra fee for the shipping. The company did respond back at a decent time. We communicate through Instagram. So, after getting the full details about shipping I felt everything was all set. But I guess not so I remember the company telling me that the custom items take up to 15 days to be finalized before shipping. Well once I noticed it was passed 15 days I reach back out to the company again about my order. Because I notice that on the shop app it wasn’t moving at all. At this time it was 20 days had passed. The company tells me that it’s on it way and that they will notify me when it ships. I continue on being patient a few days passed. I get a email saying that my order has been shipped. I goes to click on the website link it only shows the custom item is shipped. So, I reach back out to the company regarding to why only one of my items is on its way and not the other. They tells me that the other item is out of stock. So not only did they TAKE MY MONEY but also did the nerve to refused to pay me back my money for the out of stock item. Then had the nerve to tell me that they could give me a 20% coupon on my next order. That’s when I was livid because now you’re playing in my face. Not to mention the “out of stock” item was $225. This isn’t a customer fault this is the company fault all the way. Not only that I went on the website just now and people are still allow to order this item that supposed to be sold out. All I could say is please spend your money some where else.

Once again they came thru with two awesome pieces and will recommend to anyone who likes great products with fast delivery along with easy and quick communications so thanks guys.

I placed an order on 4th November and have no news of shipment. I am not concerned if this company exists. I sent them reminders.

There are suddenly many Chinese sellers sprung up marketing all over on Facebook, Pinterest and instagram.

The products are all being shipped from China, where cost is $30 for a brass gold 22 mm 20 width chain, which is listed at all their sites at over $300?

Most US customers are not aware they are placing order with these companies. All of them do not have any disclosure of complete contact information and product bejng directly shipped from overseas.

I have so many examples to upload on orders placed on these sites but orders coming via epacket from China.
