Popped in today just to have a look for a future purchase in the summer .
The guys couldn't be more helpful even though I explained any bike purchase will be late summer .the owner even let me take a test ride on one of the emtbs I liked .
Customer service couldn't be better...I have a specialized at the moment and the guys in specialized Dublin are just as good but with me being in Kerry and the bike I will be after is a large purchase I would like to have a dealer closer ...thank you again for the rest ride and I will be purchasing late summer from giant cork

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I really should, given the level of service I received when purchasing my new bike from Giant Cork. I dealt with Luis and he could not have done more to make sure I was happy with my new Reign and that it was ready on the day we agreed. Thanks again Luis!

Without doubt, these guys have the worst customer service of any bike shop (or any company for that matter) I’ve ever dealt with.
After spending thousands on a new bike, they told me that for the first minor service you have to leave your bike in for 3 weeks - yes, they won’t take a booking - because they say that too many people didn’t turn up and it put their schedule out, and they believe that this is a reasonable excuse not to take bookings, and they can’t figure out a system - what company does not take bookings! Even though this service would be free, im going to go to another bike shop and pay for it.
The purchase experience was also very poor, but I wanted the bike so had no choice. Keep well clear of this shop if you can.
