No snowman, no replies to any emails. Wish I'd look at reviews first !!!!! my own stupid fault

Has anyone received their snowman? I am so disappointed!

I ordered the snowman and have not received it. I received an email weeks ago and it said that it has shipped, but no tracking number! It has been weeks. I send messages to their contact info, but I get zero response back from them. This company is a rip off. I sent an email, demanding a full refund. Probably will not hear back from them!! I will be posting on FB about how this company is a scam!! I would have chosen zero stars if given the option!!

I wish I would have seen this review before ordering the snow man!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Ordered pop up snowman which did not arrive. No response from emails. Dispute raised with bank. Wish I had used PayPal. Total scam.

Same as so many people! This is a scam I'm normally really good at not falling for scams! But sadly this time I wasnt so lucky I googled the company and seemed fine but clearly not, wish these reviews were here beforehand, vile people stealing hard earned money especially at christmas !! Karma will get these people but hopefully the police do first I will be reporting to trading standards and filing a dispute with my bank like others have done . Stay well away !!

SCAM! This company is a fraud! I purchased an inflatable snowman from them after I saw their ad on Facebook. Not only did I not receive it but the company doesn't have any contact info! You get an email confirming your purchase then a follow up saying it has shipped. All lies! They take your money and you never receive your item. No contact info and no tracking info.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just had to put a dispute claim in with the bank after being scammed by this website on a bargain page on Facebook. 2 times I’ve emailed and heard nothing back. I had a text message confirming my order then a text message saying it had been dispatched, however when you click on the link for the tracking it takes you back to their website. There is no contact number for them and I can’t find anything other than bad reviews. AVOID SCAMMERS

Looks like I'm one of many who ordered a pop up snowman and haven't received my order. Ordered 21st November, received an email saying the order was on its way on the 27th November and nothing since. Annoyed because I googled gift time and thought they were a legit company, but realised they created a name similar to a real company. Am now £14.54 ($18) out of pocket. Do not order from this company.

Absolute scam. Reported to Facebook and my credit card company. Surely they can be found and dealt with.

Order a snowman via Facebook 4 weeks ago I got a response saying it would take 14 days Have since emailed five times but got no response Only gave them one star because I had to to enable me to write this review

Ordered a snowman weeks ago never recieved it disgusting how a company can advertise on google and its a scam they took my money and nothing i would give them a -10 please do not order from these

if i could give 0 star i would. ordered 1.5 month ago took money and nothing, its a scam, they blocked me and deleted comments on fb

Yeah me too fuming been taken in with this company no snowman no refund. Do not touch this company.

Do NOT order from this company..same as everyone else it's a scam. I ordered a snowman, emailed them twice no response. Never got the product. It's a scam!! Not even a phone number to call anyone! Save your money..

Just saw reviews saying scam! Saw post on Facebook, ordered a tree ornament for first Christmas as parents, ordered end of October and still haven’t received it. Have sent 3 emails with no reply. Will be notifying bank, luckily it’s only $10 US product
