I would not refer to order again.....poor quality of Rakhi......chocolates are not as per shown......not worth at all......very bad and low quality things

Late delivery, and also completely different look of the cake from shown in the picture(eggless chocolate and fruit cake). Cake looked ugly...I have no words to describe it...totally spoiled the mood.

No 1 Fraud online store.
Very worst experience i have came across and it spoiled my rakhi occasion also. I placed an order on 11th August 2019 and clearly mentioned my delivery date slot as 15th August 2019, and these guys till today didn't deliver my order.
Very worst customer care service no one will answer the calls and no response from them and even i don't know the status of my order till today no response to mails also.

I go with ZERO rating as i should give the rating i have given one, if not i would go with less than one rating only.

I request you please don't go with this GIFTALOVE service, they will totally spoil the occasion.

I do not want to give even a single star, but it is not allowing, so, I am giving one star. They are fraud. Do not order anything here. Don't trust them. They accepted to deliver for midnight and charged it for the same, but at the end of the day, they were just dropping a mail that we are unable to deliver. Very nasty people....

Fraud people. Have replaced with some cheap Cake. The cake looked yak. Flowers were not wrapped properly. Inspite of getting email confirmation also. Have written nothing in the cake. Some other sender name mentioned. Totally worthless . My first order from Giftalove.com gone waste. Only delivery was on time that's it.
