I ordered a gift basket for my husband and me. It arrived with 5 items missing so I sent an email to gift tree help desk. A so called customer advocate emailed me back talking about a shortage of merchandise. So I responded, asking for a replacement of the missing items with something else.

Another so called customer advocate emailed me back, saying they could send a replacement basket, for me to let them know what I wanted them to do. I responded by saying, I feel cheated and just want what I paid for.

My basket was delivered on December 21st and I have not heard back from those people other than wanting a review but not a solution for my missing items. I will never order from gift tree again.

Purchased from them once. Basket was ok, but nothing great. Since then, I have gotten multiple emails PER DAY even though I asked them to unsubscribe me. When I click 'unsubscribe' now, it cannot find my email address. 3 weeks of multiple emails per day make this a SPAM company not to be trusted. This week (DEC-20-21), I have 2 emails EVERY day (one morning, one afternoon) with no chance to stop them.

Wine basket was awesome! Super cute container too. I love this company.

I am so disappointed. I spent over $200 on a cheese hamper to be delivered to my friend for her birthday, only for it to be delivered a week earlier AND an item missing, the hamper was opened and I felt so embarrassed infront of my friend. When I reached out to customer service, they spent more time trying to explain what happened instead of just refunding me. Its pathetic honestly. They offered me a 20% refund, to which I demanded at least 50%, and finally they allowed me 50%. Will never buy from here again. Packaged arrived way earlier than I asked for, item was missing and hamper was opened. Not okay.

Just don't buy here. I was order premium gift for my friend birthday. I was choose the premium package because based on what they put on website having all what I want. So lucky my friend took picture and sent the picture to me to say thank you. Then I noticed the package not complete and the carbenet not the same year as they are advertising. This is a scam, how about if my friend didn't send me pictures? It took a long of complaint and finally they are agree to refund 30%. So beware is not what you see what you get.

Brutal awakening of a company. Read their yelp reviews before purchasing. They sent my gift basket late and to the wrong address. It took 2 hours on customer service holds to get a refund and they did not make it right by sending a new basket as they said they would. I called back a week later, they denied ever saying they would resend a new basket and simply said "sssorrryyyy." Don't waste your time or money here.

Do not use this company GiftTree very poor customer service. They canceled my order withoutmy knowledge,did not give me a call to tell me.They won't deliver to a hotel front desk,they use a delivery service that only delivers to the loading dock where your chocolates will melt and your gift baskets will get ruined!!

My friend called and was ecstatic over the personalized wine/bottle we sent for their 45th wedding anniversary!!

The latest shipment was packaged differently. As a result the wine was bitter tasting. It did not have the light crisp taste as before. It actually reminded me of a cheap wine resulting in a headache! I was very disappointed. I have been ordering the “Claribel” for a least a year now! very disappointed!

I have used this company several times and they never disappoint, thank you!
