The PRS SE Paul's Guitar I purchased from Gig-Gear is superb. It is completely flawless, plays like a dream and despite being 6 yrs old looks like it was made yesterday.

Add to that the bargain price of £499 and all in all that makes me one very happy chappy indeed.

I am REALLY pleased with the exemplary standard of service provided by Gig-Gear.

My order was very well packaged, shipping updates were frequent, it was delivered promptly and above all arrived completely intact !

Very easy to deal with. A great website and the item I bought was competitively priced. I had to give them a call about my order and they were very helpful and kept me updated with the order status.

I wanted to buy a pair of bass cabs that were showing as Available to Order. I called to see how long a wait I should expect, and Keith said he would check if the supplier had any stock. They did; I confirmed my order; the cabs were delivered less than 24 hours later. Outstandingly rapid!

Excellent company - the item I ordered was only in stock with their supplier but they contacted me immediately and found a great replacement. Very quick response and delivery. Will definitely use again.

In this day and age of online sales
and buying an instrument sight unseen, the fact that they do a checkover and setup on every instrument is absolutely invaluable and greatly appreciated....Keith even sent me a photograph of the actual instrument to confirm the colour.

Giggear has been my go to shop for anything guitars for years now.

This is the place to go if you play an instrument and live in the area.

When you place an order you don't know when you will receive it. Recently placed an order and they didn't have it in stock only to be notified that I have to wait 1 and half months to receive the product. It's frustrating and can kill the excitement of getting the product.

I bought a second hand Gibson SG standard from this shop.
What can I say. It was done through PayPal so easy to pay for. The guitar was posted straight away. They sent me up to date emails telling me it was payed for, package and the sent. I got a email telling me when it was going to be delivered. This shops comms are on point.
When the guitar arrived, I was blown away. It was amazing. The packaging was solid, and well done, so no worries of breakage. Gig Gear do a guitar set up before sending out, so it was ready to play. Great set up for me.
I can’t say enough of how good this shop has been and how good my new squeeze is. 100% recommend this shop.

Édit (suite à la réponse du magasin), in English : I gave my opinion again, directly in English, and I see that it is online. Also, I give you one more star. But, this guitar is eligible for the "multi-point setup", if this check had been done seriously, the problem with the middle pickup and the bad connection of the bass-cut would have been spotted. You sent it quickly, perhaps a little too quickly. It didn't take me long to find the problems! Sorry, but I'm going to stick with this average rating of 3 stars, the same as for the guitar.

sent my classical guitar for a refret, received it back, the frets weren't levelled properly as I was expecting a level of 1/100th, when I checked with my tools they weren't level. Long story short, the luthier sorted it, but the experience with the staff was abysmal. After I voiced my concerns in a reasonable way, I was told that 'they could not understand how every other customer was happy, but I wasn't' which implied that all their other customers mattered, but I didn't. I started to get annoyed by the unprofessional response, but did not say anything rude or abusive, but the staff (don't remember his name, nor I wish to) started to accuse me of being 'rude', which annoyed me more. I mean, if I have to spend £ 220 to get unlevel frets, I can do it myself. This is not a bad review about the luthier, again he totally sorted it out 100 per cent. This is a negative review about the staff. That was my first and last time at Gig Gear. I'll 'gig my gear' elsewhere. Thumbs down.

Great product at a great price and fast delivery. Follow up customer service was brilliant too as they informed me of a manufacturer cashback offer I was not aware of after the purchase - they did not have to but I will now always go back there as that type of service is rare these days!! Thank you!!

Best service and genuine care. I've been with this company for years and their products are always top-tier.

I had lost one of my guitars and gig gear called me to tell me that someone had handed it into them after finding it. They called me and told me they had kept the guitar safe and sound for me to collect.

They went above and beyond to track me down so I could be reunited with my lost guitar.

I will continue to purchase from and recommend Gig Gear, as they have top products and genuinely care about their customers' experience.

Less than 24 hours after ordering, I received a new Epiphone guitar. It was in perfect condition, and all I had to do was tweak the string tunings. Perfectly set up and playable out of the box. All this and £150 less than the closest offer on the Internet! Their APC Overnight delivery partner are to be commended too, as they deivered on-time and courteously (more than recent exeriences with UPS). I will definitely be dealing with GigGear again, and will recommend them to friends and colleagues.
