Helped me with my Debt Relief in a very understanding manner

Simone the specialist who assisted me was very friendly, listen to my concerns and didn't interrupt. Professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail.

I successfully completed the program; however, I am still being contacted by a creditor claiming an outstanding balance. I reached out to Gitmeid Law for assistance, as I was previously informed that my balances had been FULLY negotiated. Unfortunately, I was told they could not assist further because I have already graduated from the program.

I respectfully requested that the negotiator who handled my account communicate with the creditor to resolve the discrepancy, but this request was denied due to my program completion status. As of today, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received the support I was hoping for.

Quick response from phone made me easier to face my routine job and thank you very much.

The staff has worked very efficiently to reduce my debt. They explain things clearly and helped me understand what I cando to reduce my debt faster and be done with owing any more debt.

I'm only giving 1 because I can't do zero. This Firm is deceptive dishonest and not good pepole. I went with them for help.now I owe more money then when I started my credit is so bad I can't do anything and they made settlements without my knowledge our acceptance. I am completely devastated. This should not be allowed. I will not stop going threw all the channels untill I get a resolution! Although they did end up returning the money wich is greatly appreciated it doesn't fix the fact that my credit went from a 760 ish to the low 400s. They closed all my accounts for delinquency and late fees. Do your research before entering any debt savings our solution plan. I am devasted!
