Went for lunch asked what was gluten free nothing at all apart from a gf toasti with a filling had coronation chicken dry bread crusts filling was very dry shocking for a place like that ..partner asked for fish and chips no fish 12oclock on a Thursday..wont be back.

Stopped by Glendoick and had a really disappointing experience. I bought a soft drink in a can from the restaurant to take away and was charged £3.45… only to walk about 20 steps to the main cashier and see the exact same drink in their fridge for £1.20.
How can there be that kind of price difference for the same product in the same place? It honestly feels misleading and unfair. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every fridge to avoid being overcharged.
Really not impressed — this needs sorting out. ☹️

I purchased a Xmas decoration for £19.99 that was faulty and when I returned it for an exchange it was like pulling teeth. The manageress got involved and was utterly patronising and not what I would expect. I also had food there and was sat at such a small table for 3 of us and the table was so low that we had sore backs by the end of a very standard lunch. Go to Abernyte service is much more welcoming, professional and the food is 100 times better.

I truly want to thank the beautiful individual that paid for my bill today (04/04/2024)……you will never know how fabulous and heartfelt that your generous gesture has been. I truly love my wee mum……thank you 😔x

Do not work for Glendoick garden Centre I was underpaid everytime refused to give me my payslips etc find it extremely shocking

The cafe is friendly but the bill was not! Particularly £4.25 for a slice of very dry Victoria Sponge and the coffee was also over-priced.

Went today for coffee and cake. We had two medium coffee's one latte and one cappuccino. We also ordered two slices of cake. The coffee was acceptable but we asked for a medium, would not like to see what a small one is. Most cafes would consider the one given as small. The cake was dry and in fairness I could bake a better one myself. The kicker was the price. £15.10 for this. We use numerous cafes in and around Perth and to say this was extortionate is an understatement. How can you justify £4.25 for a piece of below average cake, the average price would be a best £12 for the lot, and the cake would be and is of a far higher standard. Sorry will not be back, better value in every other Cafe we have visited to date.

Glendoick orders online are a total waste of time. My main complaint is that they only deal with you via email BUT they do not answer email. When they do, you have to wait for months. The garden centre will not put you through to any one that can answer simple questions. I found the service appaling and ignored all my emails. Very poor quality of customer service.
