Don’t use Glenville Solicitors
Victoria Stevens, at Glenville solicitors has been dealing with North Property Group and their associated contractor regarding the sale of two flats. My son was buying these flats and a substantial deposit was paid for both properties.
Due to significant delays, the long stop clause was rightfully triggered, which should have resulted in a full refund. Despite this, the deposit has still not been returned.
Worse still, Glenville Solicitors as well as North Property Group have ignored repeated emails and formal communication from our solicitors. This ongoing lack of response demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and raises major concerns about transparency and accountability.
We feel misled, extremely disappointed, and financially strained by the entire experience. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.
