Do not buy the Market Umbrellas! We bought 5 and they all broke the first week of use.

Their return policy is that they don't accept damaged products, so a complete waste of $700.

The most horrible experience! Conflicting information. Even their customer service manager Alma Mrkonjic continue to lie and make empty promises. They waisted our company's time all week long just to cancel our order. Do not buy from them. They quick to take your money and they will not deliver. They confirm products are in stock and then come up with a million excuses! I would rather make a deal with the devil before I support Global Industrials or any other company that is occociated with them.

Dont buy a thing from here its a scam..I had the worse experience ever .

I bought 2 floor scrubbers brand new and have had nothing but problems with both of them! Every we call them out to fix one thing, they come fix it and as soon as they leave something else goes wrong!

Customer service is at an all time low! I cant say it for all the people taking orders over the phone, But SOME cant even tie their own shoe! Its like they just don't give a S#@% to take the time to get things RIGHT ! Good luck and get ready to pay all kinds of up charges that they wont tell you about when you order with them.

Our air compressor stopped working and since we bought it over 1 year ago (had it for 2) they will not help you. No technical support on how to fix it. Unbelievable you stop backing your products after one year. Also told us to read Manuel which gives no info. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing again from the, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,

Paid $318 shipping to have shelves delivered - and they sent them a garbage carrier (Jackson) and for 3 days they show "out for delivery" - now they show "in transit" again so I contacted Global and they contacted the garbage carrier they chose who lied and said they tried to deliver yesterday (we are a retail store, someone was here 7:30AM-6PM yesterday and we have cameras). Now Global says it will take 24-48 hours to get me an update. If it is "free shipping", sure, use whatever garbage carrier you want. But when I'm paying and you don't allow me to chose the carrier, how about you not choose garbage?

unit i purchased sep of 2025 having issues and they offer no replacement parts

Would leave zero stars if I could ordered a full respirator mask and cartridges because that’s what the description and the picture said.cost $100 thought it was going to be a decent deal ended up getting only the cartridges paid double what I would’ve from anywhere else.

I bought 2 flood stop to be installed on the water heater. Plumber said it I ordered a model that wouldn't work. Items are sealed. Tried to return 4x but they kept saying they would send the return label but never sent. Had to open a case in the credit card.

EVERY! SINGLE! ORDER I DID! THERE WAS A DELIVERY PROBLEM!!!!! I called in about a problem and specifically told the representative that I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT, I WANT THE PRODUCT. And what happens. . . they credit me. Now I have to push back a clean that I had scheduled.

I ordered a part feb.15 i paid extra got 2 day shipping i still hadnt received my order so i called customer service asked abt my order they said they had to back order it but when i ordered it was in stock ill never trust them or order anything from them again they could notified me a week ago but they didnt

I placed an order then cancelled less than two hours. Two hours after my cancellation request they created a shipping label, despite the order being listed as in cancellation requested status on their website. Then several hours later they took it to UPS to ship. They have no live telephone options and no online chat option to discuss the order, despite the outward appearance of having both available to customers. There is no reason an order has to be shipped several hours after it is cancelled.

I ordered product October 14 and received acknowledgement with expected delivery of 10/23. This continued to be delayed and I received communication it would be delivered 12/8. The order just arrived today (1/9). And of course the item is not returnable. Really really bad that they don't have more accurate information when I was choosing to order from them rather than another company that would have delivered the items when I needed them. Bad processes, bad communication, all around bad.

I ordered a tool at a great price with a delivery date within two weeks, which was a long time but doable for my project. After two weeks, the delivery date was pushed back three times meaning that I still might not receive the needed tool with in a month.

Complete BS. They claim to sell a high amp hour EGO battery that EGO doesn't even make, then customer service blows smoke up my butt with lies that I catch (then he backtracks and tries to act authoritative without any explanation of his previous bogus lie).
