I thought your flower colors selection…

I thought your flower colors selection was quite impeded. It seems to me that I could order by the dozen instead of ordering by 20 or 30 blooms, which is not even divisible by 12. Nevertheless everyone seemed happy about the flowers.

The experience was good and would of been 5 stars but this is the first order that I did not receive any plant food for the roses.

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry you didn't receive plant food with your roses. Don’t worry, you can easily substitute it with clear soda (such as Sprite) or plain sugar. Just add one teaspoon of sugar for every 25 to 50 stems. Be sure to change the water every other day to keep your flowers fresh longer.

Quality issue

I was so disappointed in over 1/2 the roses and carnations I received. They were brown in many spots, already dying some not useable right out of the box. For such a large order, I expected better. Very disappointing.

I have ordered roses at least once a…

I have ordered roses at least once a year for the past 15 years. I know they are bulk order and that the flowers need some attention when they arrive.

This time the roses seemed especially wilted. More than at previous orders. I trimmed the ends, got them in water and refrigeration. I am hoping they perk up quickly.

Thank you for your continued support over the years. Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but with proper care, they usually perk up within 12 hours.

Trim stems about ½ inch and place them in clean room temperature water with the provided flower food. Let us know at claims@globalrose.com if you need help!

Overall would order again

The customer service and delivery time was fantastic. I ordered Alstroemeria and carnations. Unfortunately my carnations didn't fair well even though I followed delivery instructions. Make sure you allow enough time before your event for your flowers to open. I ordered with enough time but if I had waited say 2 days for delivery they wouldn't have been open yet.

Beautiful fresh roses

The 100 roses were packed very carefully , thorns removed and only one was broken . This is my second time ordering . First time was 100 carnations . The service is fast , affordable and reliable . Very pleased with my purchases . Would highly recommend this company .

Didn’t receive my order on time for my wedding

I was expecting my flowers by April 30. My wedding is this saturday. I contacted customer service and they just told me that fedex has not a delivery date yet. Fedex told me they will update the status of my order when they can. Nobody was able to resolve my issue. I needed to know so I can do something about it!!! Can you imagine my frustration? My wedding without centerpieces
