Within 5 minutes after application I received a call from the travel agency to complete some document uploads, he confirmed my pictures of the documents where okay and within half an hour I received my e-Visa. My purchased item was the multiple entry , rush 24-hour processing time. The chat service and e-mail service were excellent and of great help.

GVC processed my request for a visa within 24hrs for a successful result. The process was straightforward and agents did respond to my emails to check on status.

When you purchase a super urgent 5 hours service (and pay much for it) it's because you need it. If you get it after 24 hours it's useless.

UhiVery rude. Very unprofessional. I spoke with a guy Korean/Chinese /Japanese accent. Very pathetic for someone serving client. With some high pitched yelling and not even listening while I inquired about my Visa application. I had to use a different website. I don't see how they help with this kind of employee. That was today feb 25 @ around 1:05 central time. I called a 9493469868 number. DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES.

So dodgy , beware it’s a massive scam
The price at the end multiplied to what it said the price would be $312 Australian dollars for a visa plus some roaming data for cell phone which I asked how would I obtain this ? They couldn’t answer
So price jumped from $150 to $312 and there was no total at the end only when I paid

My friends paid $100 for their visas

Not one that poses to be a government website. I want a refund you nasty asses ! It’s not a valid visa anyway, I’ve been totally ripped off and robbed ! Give me back my money your replies are groundless and they make no sense do not trust anything they say ! No way I’ll be giving you information again so you can fleece me ! Not a chance please don’t trust these people they are genuinely scammers

I paid a ridiculous amount for a visa service, only to be left hanging for over a week with ZERO updates. They promised 3-day processing, but it's been 7 days and no visa in sight. My flight is tomorrow, and they're still saying "under process".

Worst part? I didn't even NEED a visa for my destination! Their fees are 10x higher than official sites, and guess what? NO REFUND.

Customer service is non-existent. Don't waste your time and money. 1/5 stars, and that's being generous.

Thought I Was applying for my NZ visa through a legitimate company . The visa for NZ is $117 NZ dollars . They tried to take £181 out of my bank account almost 3 times the amount of what the cost is . Thankfully my bank blocked the transaction . Scammers

GVC delivered on their promise. I paid for the 3 day express visa and received it after 48 hours.
As I was getting nervous in between those 48 hours, I wrote to them several times and they politely reassured me every time that it was being processed.

Easy to contact and very supportive throughout an Australian visa application. Customer service always very quick to reply (within an hour or so) - MUCH better than many other visa processes I've completed.

Interestingly our travel partners decided to save money and not use Global Visa. They struggled and still don’t have theirs. We got both our Cambodian and Vietnam visas without stress. Sanity is worth the $$ when dealing with countries you aren’t as familiar with.

This service advertizes same day (24 hour) visas to India. They made me pay $337 for an urgent visa and called within 40 minutes to confirm that my application is being processed. But they never mention ANYWHERE that the same day rule only applies on weekdays. I needed the visa on a weekend and my flight worth thousands of dollars depended on it. I got the visa 2 days later on Monday. I lost pretty much my whole flight fare and 2 days of my vacation.
