we've been using Gnomen for about a year now , and its been fantastic especially the applicant import system. just wish it done the same thinking for valuation request where it adds the vendors & landlords. But other than that its really easy to use.

David Smith and his colleagues at Gnomen always answer and deal with enquiries / issues promptly and are a pleasure to deal with.

Used the system at a previous employer and then signed up as my own company / estate agent. Asked them to cancel my account and for the payments to stopped which they didn’t do. Had Montana on the phone who said he’ll leave my account open and not charge to then be billed!!! The system is outdated… we’ve been promised updates etc and they’ve never come. Done with Gnomen!

We've been integrated with gnoman now for a number of years. In fact it was the first CRM we had an API integration with us (a utility notification platform). Since then we've have upgrades to our system and always found Gnoman really easy to work with through build, testing and deployment.
No fuss, quick delivery and deployment.

Helpful all the time in resolving things

Gnomen is great and what stands out to me the most is the customer service. Having an assigned person we can reach out to all the time who knows the system and our accounts well is really helpful.

The feature that stands out to me the most is the property tab. It's easy to go into this segment and look at the property in great detail. From here you can pretty much search for anything regarding the tenant, the certificates, the accounts, the Landlords details, viewings and the list goes on.

Even though I am happy with my experience with them I do believe an area of growth for them could be the speed in which our allotted account manager responds.

I would also love to see a feature where automatic rent reminders and overdue rent alerts trigger automatically as it would shave a lot of time off our admin.

Super Fast Customer Service
We had some technical issues but it turned out to be our own user error or lack of understanding. David in the customer service was fantastic reached out in less then a minute view their chat facility right from the sort ware and resolved the situation. Many thanks Malay
