Recently ordered a Sebo vacuum from them. Had some difficulty with the website, gave them a ring and they sorted it out quickly. The vacuum arrived well packaged and swiftly and I'm delighted with it.

Honestly a 10/10 company. Not sure why they’re not as known. I don’t know if it’s a small family business. If I didn’t type the Dyson I wanted into google this company wouldn’t have come up on my browser. So thanks google. Customer service is 10/10. Just like a few other reviews on here they didn’t have the exact item I ordered in stock but they offered me an upgrade for no extra charge. Also delivery was super fast only I wasn’t in on the initial day of delivery and contacted customer service as I was concerned I’ll keep missing the delivery, they were very happy to help and extremely swift with replies. Have my eye on some other electrical I’ll be purchasing from them. Would 100% recommend. I want to support this business as much as possible because the customer service is good.

I was wary of ordering from an unknown (not chain) company after being a victim of a scam by a different company before Xmas.
However, after some research I ordered an air fryer from Go-Electrical at the best price on the market available at the time and it arrived the next day! Great service. I am happy with the product too!

best price in england, everywhere else had raised prices and a google search raised this prodeuct here(i'd never previously heard of them) will go back asnd check any other items that i may need in the future also delivery following day

A very reasonably priced store. I purchased a vacuum which unfortunately they had run out of stock of, so promptly contacted me and offered me a free upgrade which they sent out the same day. It was delivered the next day and is ideal

At this stage can only comment on ordering and delivery processes and these were excellent. Ordered one day and arrived the next so cannot fault. Was also the best price available.
