The reception staff are always super friendly, and the vets are supportive and efficient.

Brought my dog to have vet look in his ear. Was a locum. She seemed unable to make a decision about treatment. Eventually asked me to wait and took my dog in the back. Called another customer in. Meanwhile I could here my dog yelping loudly in th back and I asked what they were doing. The vet left the other customer in the treatment room whilst she saw to my dog. I had to renew my parking. Was in the vet for 90 minutes. Is he prescribed steroid tablets not drops! Brought my dog back to see Richard tablets were useless and my little dog was upset. He had to be sedated because of the previous experience and it finished up costing £1800 but the steroid drops resolved the problem for half the price. If only they had been given in the first place. I had to take my other dog yesterday more locums due to illness. Treatment was much better but not altogether as good as it has been in the past. Staff were friendly and professional as usual so that’s makes up for some poor aspects. Been going to Goddards for over 8 years and am disappointed.

I went to Godard Vets in Wembley yesterday with my cat and had a genuinely reassuring experience - I saw Triona. It was refreshing to see a vet who clearly applies strong clinical judgement and takes the time to properly assess the animal, rather than rushing through or focusing on unnecessary add-ons.

There was a real sense of genuine care and attention to detail throughout the consultation. My cat was handled calmly and appropriately, and everything was explained clearly so I understood what was going on and why decisions were being made.

It didn’t feel like there was any pressure to spend money unnecessarily, which unfortunately can be common in some veterinary settings. Instead, the focus stayed on what was clinically relevant and in the best interest of the animal.

Overall, I left feeling confident in the care provided and grateful to have found a vet who combines professionalism with proper clinical skill and integrity. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, competent veterinary care.

So I spend 358 on some treatment for my pet . I go back 5 days later for a followup appointment and they charged .e 78 pounds. To see if what they told me to do has worked ... never had to pay on a follow up before . So they give her the once over and tell me yes its all fine .... wow couldn't belive it I could tell u she was getting better as her symptoms have subsided . I. Disabled and dont work so that was a lot of money for me to find

Every time we visit Goddards in Loughton the care is amazing. We have a cat with a skin condition and Walter is amazing with her. He doesn’t push for expensive treatments without ruling out the cheaper treatments first unlike Pets At Home where we used to go. I’d recommend them if anyone is looking for a good vet

All the staff were very helpful and caring, they have been and always shall be respected. Been with Goddard vets for 16 years now. Absolutely wonderful.

The vet made me feel my cat wasn’t normal, due to his behaviour. what cat like the vets? Every time he visits he gets an injection, I’d say hes pretty smart! And once we’re there it’s incredibly slow?! I really didn’t agree or enjoy my last visit.

When a veterinary practice struggle to understand a domestic cat you know they are not very good. And resorting to blatant lies in correspondence to my complaint (claiming i arrived late, when i was infact early!) gains you zero credibility! A more miserable nurse vet you will never encounter in your life! Good bye, good riddance

My miniature schnauzer broke her dual claw, Goddard vets saw her within hours and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you!

I have always had a really good experience at Goddards (Enfield). The staff are great, very thorough, helpful and really seem to love the pets they care for (or perhaps my British shorthair cat is extra loveable?!)
The appointment system, being able to book online and at short notice, is very helpful, very efficient and the website itself has lots of useful information and guidance for the worried or even just curious pet owner. And when the vet suggests I can buy an expensive treatment online and cheaper rather than through them I know I am being genuinely looked after, as is my pet! That integrity is worth it's weight in gold! 👍 Thank you to all the Goddards staff.

Receptionist always good the examination for yearly vaccination not great although I do have an anxious French bulldog who doesn’t trust strangers. Seems expensive although very little is cheap these days. Flea and worm ing is incredibly expensive

The staff at Goddard Hackney practice are great! I've been taking my cat there for a few years now and the service had been good, and in my opinion the service has continued to be even better.
All staff are friendly, polite, professional and more importantly very supportive and helpful and are great with millie.
The vet I saw on our recent visit is amazing, I think it was Sophie. She is amazing with my cat Millie, I always feel in good hands with Sophie. She's very approachable and always seems willing to go that extra mile.
I have a mh condition which a lot of the times makes it challenging to leave home due to anxiety, and I have a tendency of over thinking and worrying. The staff have always been kind and understanding about this and have reassured me when needed.
The staff have also informed me of the pricing so there is no hidden or unexpected surprises which helps because I live on a tight budget.
Highly recommend.

We had a wellness check for our puppy. Tina was great with her. She gave us good advice about teething and training. Bailey really enjoyed her time. The vet clinic is very welcoming.

We have always received first class service from everyone as the Epsom Downs branch. The reception and nursing team are always so helpful and friendly and Alex is superb, both with his knowledge and care. He explains everything in detail and you never feel rushed. As a practice, the whole team offer help and support at what are sometimes, very difficult times, but they are always all, so caring. I always feel reassured when we have had to leave our dogs with them, knowing that they are receiving the absolute best care from everyone. I would have no hesitation to recommending the practice and we feel lucky that our dogs are under the care of the team there.

Have used this particular vetinery surgery for 30 years firstly for our cats then our dogs ,we now have 2 shihtzu puppies which are recieving the best of care from everyone at the Uxbridge branch

We have received wonderful care for our older cat from Goddards Kingston. All the staff have been so kind especially Dylan the vet helping with our pets diabetes which has now stabilised.

We have been with practice for 26 years and have enjoyed good treatment especially for Max who will be 10 in July. Max has become a Very Important Dog receiving regular librella injections and special food for his gastro well being, Kyle has taken special care in this respect.

Arrived at vet's at appointed time,sat and waited and waited and waited.Reception told another customer that the there was a delay.Too right there was...Also reception didn't know about Google Wallet and made a remark... Very poor service....

Teddy our Cavapoo as been going to Goddards in loughton since he was a pup known Sue since he was a few months old she always makes a fuss of him he is 8 years old now he gets so excited when we take him there the staff are so friendly we feel like its going to visit family they really care for the pets and are very knowledgeable about all aspects of your pet the Vet Walter is so helpful and gives his time not rushing you out its a great place to take your pet so would highly recommend anyone to take their pet there 😊
