loved the entire trip!

The trip was well organized and provided a pretty good balance of scheduled activities, free time, and time to relax on board the boat. I understand that the complex schedule of a river cruise with locks, etc makes it tough but there were several cities I wish we had had more free time in. The extra effort shown by your staff in putting together a 'leisurely walkers' helped many have a more of us enjoy the sights. Also when the final port was changed it was taken care of seamlessly without any big fuss, although I know there was a lot done to make that happen.
The local guides were very knowledgeable and interacted with us quite well.
The crew and staff on the boat did a very good job and again made it look so easy. The food was good, especially the soups. The wait staff never rushed us and was very accommodating with requests like extra vegetables, fries, or even a second entrée. The cabin staff was great. The boat crew did a great job, which I imagine most people don't see.

Not specific enough on what would be done on excursions. Some guides were very particular about what they wanted to tell us, e.g., too much time spent at an artist's house and no time for incredibly old buildings/churches visits, not even allowed a quick look inside. Misjudged the difficulty for walking on two excursions where people had real trouble, one headed back.

Well organized, great staff…always available and helpful, traveling with fellow Marquette University graduates provided instant fellowship.Wind Spirit was a great ship…small number of passengers was greatly appreciated.

Loved it. Lovely boat, great staff, food was good plus it was interesting and varied. Scenery and excursions enjoyable.

The travel coordinators on the trip were all very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the local guides were good but one in Heidlelburg was very difficult for a number of us to understand. I would have preferred options for excursions in locales with some being active and also more lectures during long cruising times. The boat crew was generally wonderful particularly one young polish waitress. The food was good with lots of choices.

The team took care of every detail, kept the travelers informed of every change and of times to be present for activities, and communicated well with us.

Five stars just isn't enough! Wonderfully organized by the efficient and super pleasant Gohagan team on the Rhine boat. Pam and I loved this cruise and that was down to your smiling efficiency.

The people definitely make a difference! Gohagan had such professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind individuals that were involved and helpful in all ways. Tours and transportation were seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

What made my experience with Gohagan great was the staff. Without exception, the people we're knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Even when problems arise, such as traffic in the locks, it was handled professionally so that the experience was still seamless for the guests. Thank you, Gohagan, for a great cruise experience!

All but one of the Docents was in my opinion an excellent teacher.

All the Gohagan staff members who helped with the set of our trip and were on the cruise with us were knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful, and kind. They genuinely wanted to help us.

Wind Star Cruise Line was outstanding. Itinerary was terrific, Capital Hotel in Athens was very nice. Travel arrangements were perfect. Only complaint is with the inconsistent communication with the Gohagan & Company staff in the office. Personnel changed more than once, telephone calls and emails were not readily responded to. Communication needs to be much better!

I have made several trips with Gohagan. The amount of caring and organization that you provide is far superior to others. This trip was super as always!

We had an amazing time & the team really cared about the passengers as individuals. We had an older individual that was using a walker & they assigned a person to be with her all the time when we were out, to help her.
Everything was well planned, the food was great, no complaints!

The Gohagan team was very professional and organized. The size of the overall group was great. The agenda was jam packed - lots of content. Everything went very smoothly.
