It took over two weeks to get the company to send me the pin and the number for the card to work. But I had already replaced the card because it didn't work. Because it was a gift for my nephew and I just wanted my money back. And this company basically made me wait around for 14 days. For them to send me a code that I can't even use. So I'm out $50. Because this company is a rip-off. I just wanted my refund back. You can't talk to an actual person and they just send you email after email blowing smoke about how they're working on it. But they don't really care. This company is a scam.

I bought razer gold gift cards at a Walgreens near me. I spent $550. I scratched off & the #s in the middle were damaged (could not read). The store tried to replace but said the register was rejecting the batch he tried to replace for me. So he said, it must have been an old batch. I read on the internet that sometimes that happens, that type of damage with old batches of cards. Of course.I contacted razer right away, sent them pictures.Of course.That's what they asked for did this several times back and forth the new case old case.Because they kept closing, but my story was always the same, because I am the one who purchased. Then, seven days later they tell me the cards were already redeemed and that they are not responsible for 3rd party purchases. That's bull the cards were still from razer company with their information in the back to contact the company for support. Razer never sent me replacements through the email, so somebody on their end must have used them because I know d***.Well, it was not me who used them for that amount of money i spent. Razer claims that they want their customers to be happy.That's so not true.Because I never got replacements, nor a refund.Don't trust them anymore, don't buy from them anymore period!.

I bought a razer gold gift card 250 , I sent to my brother the same day. I scratched the same day. He redeemed, it stated that it was used. Impossible the card is activated. It is impossible to pay if card is not activated.
I try contact razer gold. No phone support for razer gold card, online chat not helpful and useless, one stupid answer. Create ticket, send pictures and receipts at least 6 times, they kept asking the same thing again over and over again, each time different person updating to finally closed that I didn't respond. But I have responded each time.
It is the worsth support and customer service ever encounter. If there was minus 5 stars I would have put it, minus 100%.
It happens to me more than once that cards has been used while I paid and scratched the same day.

I bought a 200$ razer gold card from CVS. I was scratching off covering to get code and accidentally scratched off two of the numbers. I contacted razor and they asked for lots of info and I supplied all info. Lots of emails for two weeks and then they told me it was previously used . That was a lie unless someone at razer company scammed it before sending to CVS. Never would I buy any product they are associated with.

Never use Razer. I was given a gift card for Razer. It never worked. Their support keeps insisting that I have to go back to the person who gave me the gift and get the receipt and explain how they bought it. I think these folks just take your money and keep it with no intention of giving anything of value back.

I paid for a 100 USD gift card for my friend and then when he redeemed it, his account was suspended and then when I contacted support they couldn't do anything basically robbed me of my money. Thankfully my bank had my back and gave me 100 USD credit.

My account was locked without any clear explanation, despite having funds still available in the wallet (I have over 1k golds). When I contacted support, they requested sensitive identity documents via email—a method that is neither secure nor standard practice in 2025. Most reputable platforms now use secure verification services like Jumio or Trulioo to handle identity checks safely.
I explained my concerns and provided all the information I could, but support failed to offer a transparent reason for the lock or provide a secure alternative for verification. I still have no access to my funds and no answers.
As someone who trusted the Razer brand, I expected better handling of user data, account issues, and financial transparency. I hope Razer takes steps to improve their support process, especially when it involves user funds and sensitive information.

After exchanging several emails with them, I was shocked to receive an automated message saying the case was closed — without any resolution, refund, or replacement. It feels like they completely ignored the issue and just brushed it aside.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid a lot of money and received absolutely nothing in return. No valid code. No refund. No real customer service.
Be careful when buying from Razer Gold. If anything goes wrong, they might just close your case without helping you, even when it's clearly their fault.
I am now considering filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting this issue to consumer protection authorities.

Realicé un pago por un pin de 300 + 25 UC para PUBG Mobile. Además de la falta de soporte en el chat, no he recibido respuesta y la transacción sigue pendiente después de varias horas. Recargué en un Centro de compras digitales en Venezuel para aprovechar una oferta en el juego y me puse en contacto con el soporte de Razer para solicitar un reembolso, pero no he obtenido respuesta.
No he recibido el pin, por lo que ellos deben estar dispuestos a realizar el reembolso. El pago se efectuó con tarjeta de forma exitosa y no he recibido respuesta alguna.
