I bought more AWG from GoldDirect - the good news is that there are no network fees, you just place an order with your AWG hard wallet address and you get one AWG token. I paid $58.56 for one AWG (one gram), the gold price is about $56/gram, so their margin is $2-$3 - that not bad! The bad news is that it takes time - after I purchased it took them 8 days to get the AWG to my hard wallet. It's nice to be able to buy gold-backed cryptocurrency with a digital swipe of my credit card!

It turns out that in 2012 I bought a series of gold and silver bars and coins from the company gold direct with the promise that they would
of time buy it back at a price according to the market and as their client I am more favorable if possible
Now it turns out that I ask that they buy back these products or that in any case they make an assessment of their price and they refuse my demand claiming logistical restrictions
I am aware that new clients are not being told about logistical restrictions and are selling such products without being warned that they are not will buy it back
This situation generates legal insecurity in old and new clients because this promise continues in their statutes,
because on their website there is no record that they did are in a situation of insolvency or suspension of payments in April 2014
I would like to know if I can request that the Gold direct company based in Tallinn (Estonia) and (United Kingdom) is in a clear situation of suspension of payments is subject to a bankruptcy process now so as not to harm their new customers who, by buying their products in good faith, are unaware of this possible insolvency situation and do not know that said products will not be bought back by the company
This company is dedicated to the sale of gold but not to the purchase of said product because they allege logistical restrictions, something of which
they do not warn in their website and its new customers who believe that these products will be bought back by the company at a favorable market price
as clients of said entity not know so because they are being deceived,i think

I ordered a gold backed token, liking the fact that you can sell and transfer them so easily. I paid directly and the token was transferred to my wallet within a couple of minutes.

Ho pagato tramite bonifico bancario, ricevuto regolare fattura e, dopo circa 15gg, ho ricevuto il tracking dhl del prodotto, con spedizione assicurata. Il prodotto è partito da Londra, ove ha sede operativa la società (collegata al banco metalli di Londra). Il pagamento è diretto alla scandinavian bank di Londra. Tutto perfetto. Tenete presente che, visto la natura dei prodotti, il tempo fra pagamento e spedizione può essere di almeno qualche giorno fino a un paio di settimane. La comunicazione è in inglese e ridotta al minimo indispensabile. Il sito non ha un ottimo aspetto, ma la sicurezza e certificazione è in ottima regola. Utilizzatelo con sicurezza!

Excellent service through out except for responding to emails or telephone calls for which I cannot give them a good review at all as Golddirect did not respond at all.

Golddirect tiene una buena pagina web muy atractiva y un buen servicio de atencion al cliente.
Los precios no son los más bajos del mercado. Para ser plata de estonia sin iva, las onzas son mas caras que en otras paginas del pais. El oro tambien tiene un sobreprecio mayor que en otras webs. Por ultimo el envio es excesivamente caro para lo que cobran otras empresas del sector.
El unico pero que le pondria es que no me informaron cuando les llego la transferencia y tuvo que confirmar por correo que lo habian recibido. Eso si, una vez me indicaron que el producto habia salido de sus almacenes, lo tenia en casa en 24 horas, unos 5 dias despues de recibir la transferencia (8 en total).
