GoldMonkeys: Sell Gold Online – Instant & Transparent Quotes & Top Prices.
The Most Transparent Gold Buyer in the UK.
We’re a small, family-run business based in Bedfordshire. Back in 2018, we saw a clear opportunity to improve the way people sell their gold and silver.
With gold prices reaching record highs, more people were looking to turn their old jewellery into ready cash. But when we looked at the options available — both on the high street and online — we noticed some common problems.
High street shops often paid far below market value. Many online services either charged for postage, gave vague or delayed pricing, or quoted generously upfront — only to deduct hidden fees later.
That didn’t sit right with us.
So we created GoldMonkeys — to make selling gold and silver simple, transparent, and fair. With us, you can:
✅ Get a market-leading price
🔒 Know your quote before sending your items
📦 Enjoy free, insured next-day delivery
💷 Avoid hidden charges — our quotes are honest and upfront
We’re here to do things properly. No pressure, no surprises — just a better way to sell your gold and silver.

The perfect gold selling service.
After this experience we wouldn’t look anywhere else.
Received an excellent offer a few hours after they received the gold which included a pic of the gold on a scale to show the weight.
Replied to my response within minutes. Money in our account a few minutes later.
Start to finish - not much over 24 hours and friendly, efficient service throughout.

Excellent company to deal with.
Their service was excellent and communication was precise and polite. The experience was exactly what I envisaged from their literature. Gold had dropped slightly since I was quoted but they were 100% true to their "fixed for 7 days" and paid based on the original quote as I responded promptly. 10 out of 10 for honesty and integrity.

Amazingly fast service and payout!
I sent an amount of broken jewellery and was very happy with the amount they offered. Just goes to show that it’s worth looking into selling rather than putting in the bin!!! Great company.

Fantastic Service and price
I used gold monkeys last week to cash in a couple of broken watches in gold casings and some bracelets. They provided me with approximate quotes based on the information I gave them.I posted the items on Wednesday and the money was in my account on Thursday night. They paid an excellent price and the whole experience was extremely smooth and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them
