The shipping is delayed compared to my previous supplier
I changed the stars back from 3 to 5. My first purchase with them after checking to make sure they are not a scam site. There has been some delay in receiving my order compared to my previous supplier, but I guess they use a different shipping rate. I am looking for make further purchases if the material is within my expectation.
I got response back to my email, and phone call.

I always have had a great experience with GS.com. Now that there's so much more of a demand for silver it may take a little more time for orders, but even that being the case the customer service and quality of the silver rounds purchased are 100% immaculate. Great communication and follow-through
I am very happy with the follow-through efforts at GoldSilver. They sent me email responses whenever I asked a question, a confirmation email when I placed an order, another email when I sent in my photo ID, status reports letting me know approximately when my purchase would ship and another when it did ship along with tracking information. And now they are following up again. [When I purchased with a different company, I was told I would receive an email when my purchase shipped but no email was sent, so I was unaware, a few weeks later, that it had been waiting for me for several days in the back of the mail room of my complex.]

I will just describe my experience. I bought 145 ounces of silver at an average 'purchase price' of $24.51. When I decided I would like that shipped to me the price to ship was $14.70 per ounce. That made my investment $39.22 per ounce.

Thank you for this review Melinda, but this comes as a bit of a shock as our team has been in daily communication with you as to the reason surrounding the delay. Your request to move these metals last week, came at a time after you placed new orders in your individual account. This means they were already routed to the vault under that name, as you can expect these would need to go through the motions of being delivered, verified and checked in, etc. Only at that time can we transfer to the joint account at the vault. Rest assured your request is being worked on and all orders are confirmed, it just takes time to go through our proper procedure.
