After 2 years and 1200 Euro spent on this site, I can say without doubts that is one of the best site to buy golf stuff, especially if you need custom fit clubs.
Their delivery were always punctual, sometimes even early.
For me is an easy 5 stars.

Ordered my daughter a and iron on Saturday arrived on Wednesday

A good website to have good prices but every products are not available even if they are not indicated out of stock (bad experience in 2012 but no more in 2013). So If you are ready to wait a little no problem but if not go elsewhere...
A first experience in 2012 with 5 * but two later orders in 2012 with more difficulties, two recent orders in 2013 with fast delivery despite club with fitting so an average with 4 *.
A great improvement since 2012.

Needed my golf shoes the next day. Golfbuyitonline delivered as promised. Goods are exactly as stated and were bang on time. Thanks guys. Any good at getting my handicap down a bit??.

I cannot argue that Golfbuyitonline has good products and prices. However the service was absolutely terrible. It took me one month to get my putter delivered and I had to cancel the shirt for the putter to arrive. All was on stock when I put the order. Then nothing happened and after a couple of days the shirt was out of stock. Still no information until I sent an email to ask what was happening. Then it was going to take 1-2 days for the shirt to arrive. Still nothing happened and after about 2 weeks I had to call them to check on my order. At this point they cancelled the shirt and sent my putter. Why couldn't they have contacted me straight away and informed me what was happening and we could have sorted it all out quickly?

I guess when they really have the goods on stock their service is good. For me the service was bad.

This is the best golf supplier I have found online. I had an issue buying shoes from another online retailer who charged me postage to return badly fitting shoes. Golfbuyitonline advised me when ordering that this make of shoes were small fitting, suggested I take a full size bigger than normal and gave me a Freepost address to return them if not suitable. In addition their price was £10 cheaper and the shoes arrived the next day. Could not be better and I will obviously use them in the future.

Lowest prices, custom fitting possibility, fast delivery, cheap prices for delivery.
I have purchased from them before and they are always the best.

I'm not comfortable giving my card information online, so I chose their posted offer to call me for my card details. The call finally came 3.5 hours later, where I told them they were too late, I had sourced the products elsewhere.

The person calling said, "okay" and hung up. So I find it rather funny that they've now sent me a request to review them, when in fact the transaction was never completed.

They might be wise to review their not so timely follow-up and feedback procedures.

Had to phone up to place order due to Ping imposed constraints on internet shopping. Call was answered quickly and stock was double checked. Order tracking process kept me informed through to delivery of goods which included an estimated delivery window of an hour.

This is the first & last time will be using this company. Whilst ordering everything was supposed to be in stock, but 10 days later my order still says waiting for stock 5 to 7 days.

Ordered some golf gloves last week. Showing as "Stock available" when ordered, but then got email to say stock would have to be ordered.

When I queried this apparent discrepancy by email recieved a very quick reply informing that although stock was available, it wasn't sufficient to fill my order (I'd ordered 3 gloves,they only had 2 in stock).

When 3rd glove duly arrived, full order was dispatched promptly. Recieved goods slightly more than a week after ordering.

Perhaps stock levels could have been reported more accurately when I was placing the order, but that's only a minor quibble. Would use Golfbuyitonline again.

I ordered some shoes which showed as in stock....now they arent in stock and no communication to let me know when they will be

Third time now in using this company as well as visiting their store, slight delay in latest delivery 1 day, kept informed and given a delivery time slot of 1 hour and the delivery arrived bang on time, their points reward scheme also meant a good reduction in total cost, have recommened company to many others.

i have used this company twice now both items listed as in stock but then told waiting on stock to arrive will be with you in 3 days.when it comes in they take days to send it out and alot of phone calls only to be told they would call me back in 5 mins which never happened, i even offered to pay for next day delivery because it was for a gift but still no reply and still no items 7 days later.

Always received my items within the expected time, I find the website very easy to use although slight errors from time to time (recently ordered two wedges and to have white multicompound grips was £40 per club!! Obvioulsy a 9 iron set's cost, slightly annoying as wanted those grips, I could have phoned the order in but was about midnight).
No drama's though, still expecting my wedges but they are not released yet.
These guys are my choice supplier.

This company are a joke I've used three times the first time my order took 6 weeks and 3 emails to arrive! Even though it was all instock! The second time it took them three weeks to ring me and say it was out of stock and now my items ordered in feb still aren't here after being assured they would be a few weeks ago and over 48 hours without a response to my email when they've had my money pure cowboys

Brilliant customer service and price matched products. Can't ask for more. Arrived next day!
